Wow. It’s finally here. My pick for the Boys were 10-6. I think the Boys are good for 8 games and BP will find away to win 2 more with his coaching ability. Having said that, I didn’t pick us winning tonight. In talking with my 16 year old son, he wanted to know why I didn’t think the Boys could beat SD. I went back and took a look at SD last year and he has a valant question. Granted SD had a great year, however, it was a Cinderalla year. This may be one of those games BP just find a way to win.
Washington is confused and SF will be a joke. It will be at least 3 years before their #1 make any progress.

I think the Cowboys will go 15-2 this year. Julius Jones, i think, is one of the best backs in the NFL. Watch how quick his feet are playing against San Diego. The only losses the Cowboys will get might be from Phily. Terrell Owens and McNabb are a excellent combination. The other loss will probably be from. The other loss might possibly come from the Cardinals. They have great recievers. Kurt Warner will have a great year this year.

RYAN,RYAN,RYAN, 15-2, SON, you are definitely on something!!!!!!!!Seek treatment.C’mon, try to be alittle objective, 9-7 and depending on today if they open up the offense early, limit mistakes and turnovers and the defense limits the running game and gets pressure on San Diego’s QB, maybe 10-6. 15-2, I guess that means they would would have to have a 15-1 regular season, and loose the playoff game, what’s in the koolaid you’re drinking.

I was watching the pre game show for CBS from 12 – 1 o’clock today (Marino, Sharp, and Boomer E) and all three picked the Boys to beat the chargers with Boomer actually saying the Boys will be the most improved team in the NFL. Not what I expected!
Just an odd thought. If owens (who has knocked their QB and fought with the head coach) and the Iggles were to part ways at the end of this season would Al Davis be crazy enough to try to have two head case, high talent receivers on his team? Could he afford it (money wise and/or attitude wise)?
Has anybody heard if P Price will be playing today? How about who is going to be the 3rd RB today?
I think the Boys score over 20 pts and win if they throw about 50% of their offensive plays, but if they try to ball control (run) all day they score less than 13 pts and get the Loss.

Does anyone have a link to a radio station that will have the game on line?

I have the hope that the Boys will come out throwing in the first quarter. If they can have some success moving the chains and can get some intermediate completions, the running game could open up. I believe we all know that SD will put 8 men in the box until the Boys force them out of it.

kioz.com is the radio station for the chargers but I did not see anything that said they were announcing the game.
and kogo.com has a 2 hour pregame show I think.

Some points from Buffalo:
1. The Bills are wearing their 1965 uniforms. Can they petition the league to wear them permanantly? Their regular unis, IMO are the ugliest in the NFL. And they’ve got some competition.
2. J.P. Losman has some skills. Throws well and has some wheels. But he’s too reckless for my taste. Every time he scrambles the announcer compares him to Drew Bledsoe. But Losman is not sliding. He’s putting his shoulder down and driving for extra yards. If he keeps leading with his chin, he’s gonna get hurt.
3. The Texans made a stupid trade for Philip Buchanon. Losman started the game 10 for 12 and every pass more than five yards was a bullet that beat Buchanon. Somewhere in San Diego, Aaron Glenn is smiling.

Dallascowboys.com is supposed to air the game on radio starting at 3:15 central

rmac,
You have to pay to hear that broadcast on the Dallas Cowboys.com website through the NFL.com.

I also am looking for a way to see or at least hear the game. Hopefully the cowboys website will have it as it says.

Guys,
I have not been able to find radio stations that are part of the ’Boys network that have live net streaming of the games. I used to listen to The Sports Animal from OK City in past years. They no longer do this. I suspect that the NFL cracked down on this and now expects you to pay for THEIR radio service on the web. Up here in Oregon I am flocked on both TV and radio.

I am trying the NFL’s trial radio service. Any way to record the feed, so maybe I could listen to it later on my ipod?

Also with kicks99, I went to the site and clicked the listen online link, I got a 35 second add for internet service and sicne then it just says buffering, no music, no adds, no pre game. Not sure what the deal is. Do they not start till the actual game time?
by Mike on Sep 11, 2005 2:29 PM CDT reply actions

by Derrick on Sep 11, 2005 3:00 PM CDT reply actions
Yeah still just plays the add, then says buffering, and I have cable, so it shouldn’t take that long
