Cowboys Add TE
The Cowboys have filled one need, signing TE Ryan Hannam, formerly of Seattle, to a contract on Friday. He replaced Dan Campbell who signed earlier this week with Detroit.

So far, our pickups look like this:
OG Kyle Kosier- 5 years
LB Akin Ayodele- 5 years
TE Ryan Hannam- 4 years
RT Jason Fabini- 3 years
C/G Andre Gurode- 1 year
Now I think next will be-
WR Owens- 3 years
K Josh Brown- 4 years
And then we could look into Peterson or Sam Adams or Grady Jackson, but we will probably just go through the draft.

John Clayton on ESPN has reported that we have signed Fabini to a 3 yr $6 million deal. Yessss!

If Fabini comes back totally healthy, he’s definitely a steal with that contract. Even with incentives met, the money goes up only to $7.5 million.

I really like this Hannam guy, he’s experienced but still young, and if i’m not mistaken, he is probably cheaper than Dan Campbell. Only thing is, we will surely miss Campbell’s presence inside the locker room.

lou c.,
All the signings, save Fabini, are for players between 26 and 28. The largest contracts, Kosier’s and Ayodele’s, average $3 million. Fabini’s averages $2 million, in line for a player his age.
Contrast that to Washington’s paying several good players superstar money.
