Pro Bowl Question
I've never really payed much attention to the probowl, with the exception of seeing who made it. So I had a question you older vets might be able to help me with. It relates to the defense of the two teams. Now players that play 3-4 and 4-3 defenses are both selected to play. How exactly is the defensive scheme set up? More so, how do they decide between 3-4 or 4-3, or do they even? Is it just whatever the coach uses? Also, is it the coaches of the teams from the Super Bowl that coach in the Pro Bowl or someone else? Thanks for the help folks.

coaches in the pro bowl
As far as the defenses, I think the game is played in just a base 4-3 with rules limiting blitzing and things of that nature. Its supposed to be just a fun game for the players and fans, so there are no real defensive scheming or gameplans involved.
