Remaining Needs...

Now that we've signed T.O. we finally have the dynamic, game-changer on offense that we've been missing for so long, but...we still need to protect Bledsoe. None of these receivers mean anything if we can't protect Bledsoe.

So, does anyone have any updates on the O-line? I know we signed Fabini, but what happened w/ Larry Allen? If we lose Larry Allen, doe we have options for an experienced guard to replace him?

As for the draft, it's pretty evident that we're going to go after a FS, unless someone dramatically slips and we can get a superior talent. Is there any chance we make a play for Michael Huff?

While I'd like to draft a WR or a young O-lineman, I think we're gearing up to win now. The next year or two is going to be very interesting....

Not going to happen
Micheal Huff wont be playing safety in the NFL, with his talent, he'll be playing corner for someone, were not going to pay alot of money on a another safety. I can make a case for moving down in this draft as the talent level after the top ten, is of pretty equal value. What I dont get is why dallas didn't make a trade for safety, Crocker in cleveland who we were looking at last year and who was traded to Atlanta this weekend.

FS
Hey, I don't know why everyone is so concerned with FS. While I realize we need an upgrade over Keith Davis, we don't need another star in our seconday. How people soon forget that during our dynasty days, we had the likes of James Washington and Thomas Everett patroling our secondary. The were slightly above average safeties, and thats all we need at this point. We can surely draft some ballhawk in the second or third round or maybe even later rounds. What we need more than FS is another stud OLB to play opposite of Ware and as I've said earlier, the one's in FA are too expensive.

And obviously Kosier will replace Allen at LG. I also agree that drafting a young wr, preferably Chad Jackson and some O linemen would be in order.

Jackson
with our 1st rounder but can we still get a good O linemen with our 2nd round pick?

The answer to unexpected's question about...
Larry Allen. Yes, he's probably gone because the Cowboys signed Kyle Kosier to man the guard spot.
