Hey, lost in all of the head coach talk is that we're supposed to be preparing for free agency and the draft. While we can't make permanent decisions or final grades on players until we get a new coach, it's good to at least keep it on the backburner.
With that in mind, here's the first Kiper Mock Draft:

You'll need ESPN Insider to look at it. Here's what he projects for the Cowboys:
22. Dallas Cowboys: *Robert Meachem, WR, Tennessee
Am I the only one confused by this? Doesn't this seem like the deepest position on the team? I understand the whole "take the best player" thing, but, really?
To compare, I think that the Cowboys biggest needs for the offseason are in order:
1. FS (or CB is Henry is moved)
2A. OG (assuming Gurode and Columbo are re-signed)
2B. LB (OLB, ILB, QLB, I don't care, just improve)4. D-Line, preferably DT
From picks 20-27, Kiper has 3 CB's, 1 OT, 1 DE, and 1 LB. Yet he thinks we need a WR???
Weird.
