The Folk Wagon
Man I haven't seen this many people jump on a bandwagon this fast since....
well...
Tony Romo!
And believe me, I'm on it too. In fact, I'm driving the thing. I am, however, slightly worried that the sheer quantity that has boarded the wagon might bring it to a screeching halt, or worse, make the wheels fall right off. We must remember that Nick Folk has played in 5 games in the NFL. He has also made 1 single clutch kick in the NFL (well 2 if you count the cheap timeout). Regardless, I'm pretty sure he isn't Morten Anderson or Jason Elam yet.
With the track record of Cowboys kickers, I'd say its pretty early to say we have a legitimate franchise kicker (If you can even put those words together). But I definitely understand the joy of jumping on the "ice in the veins" folk wagon.

I echo your concerns
A rookie kicker should be ignored and sometimes scorned even if he looks like the second coming of vinateri. Look what happened to Neil Rackers after that great year and all the press he got.

Folk
seems well reserved, but good point with Rackers.

I think even before we drafted him
Dunkman owns this wagon!

Ummm
Don't forget about his kick in the dirt against Miami, or his kick in the 4th against Chicago to basically seal the game.
