History says Dallas will win this game

OK, I know history has zero bearing on Sundays game but it's interesting, anyhow.

Star-divide

The Patriots have never won a game in Texas stadium. 0-4. One of three stadiums the Pats have NEVER won at. If they lose this one, they never WILL win one at Texas Stadium, either.

Wade Phillips and Bill Belichick have faced each other 4 times as head coaches. Wade holds a 3-1 advantage in those games.

While history doesn't mean much, the Phillips/Belichick head to head thing intrigued me. Obviously Wade hasn't been intimidated by the wannabe underground film producer over the years. I could be wrong, but I doubt there is another HC in the league right now with a career .750 winning percentage against Mr. Hoodie.

Thoughts?

What years were those games played?

And who was Belichick coaching when Wade beat him?  If it was Cleveland, then it doesn't count.

Unless it was recent history, then I'd say this is pretty irrelevant.  Reminds me of all the talk about Dallas' record at Soldier Field before the Bears game.  Some of the players in that game hadn't even been born the last time Dallas traveled to Chicago in the regular season, but there were the talking heads, prattling on about how they had lost their last three there.

The only game that might be of any significance here would be the '03 game in week 11 when the 'Boys went to NE and fought the 14-2, soon-to-be Super Bowl Champion Pats to a standstill, losing 0-12.

Brady was 15 of 34 for 212 yards and no TDs in that game.  T-New, Roy, Bradie James, and Greg Ellis were all on that team.  If they can pull that off again then they'll be doing just fine.

Yeah and we had Q-dog

at quarterback so if our defense is able to pull that off again, I like our chances.  The pats did not have Moss however and Brady is a better quarterback today.

the past means nothing

what matters is who is the better team and who plays the best most error free game will win, and as big a cowboys fan as I am i do not see the boys having much of a chance in this game, mainly due to our defense, my guess is NE 34 boys 13
