In keeping with our theme of letting the other team know they played the boys, the Patriots RB Morris is out for the season from the injury he sustained against the boys.
The New England Patriots' high octane offense suffered a rare hit on Friday when backup tailback Sammy Morris, the team's leading rusher, was placed on injured reserve, ending his season.
Morris, 30, suffered a chest injury in the Oct. 14 victory at Dallas and has been sidelined for the past two games.
Again, I don't wish injury on anyone in the NFL and it is part of the game but just like a WR who takes a lick in a game starts playing with a bit of fear, the remaining opponents of the boys have to be thinking about the amount of players we have sidelined this year.
