Cowboys New Stadium begins season-ticket sales
Season ticket sales have begun in new stadium.
Looks like things are coming right along with the new stadium, so step right up and pay the price.
They also come with a hefty price tag: $340 per game, plus a 30-year personal seat license or seat option payment of at least $16,000 that will go to fund the Cowboys' $675 million portion of the stadium.
And for those of us who can't afford to use almost half our salary to pay for a seat, there's another plan. You can pay $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot in line come this December
Non-season-ticket holders won't have a chance to buy a seat until June. Those fans will be able to get on a waiting list starting in early December after paying a $100 non-refundable deposit.

I am surprised
that they have only 15,000 season ticket holders. The plan to finance the Cowboys' portion of the stadium costs with seat licenses was included in stories last year. It is not clear what the license cost is for non-club seats. But 675 million is a big bite to raise. Presumable there will be some finance plans also available.
Since I get my Cowboys fix from afar I want to thank all you who will pony up for tickets to pay for the best stadium in the entire world in any sport. That is truly impressive.

URLs repeat
DMN - Dallas Cowboys to begin season-ticket sales for new stadium
or if you prefer
Star-Telegram's - Best seats in new stadium will be pricey
and yes, I appreciate some kind soul plopping down the the Thousands so we get the nosebleed sections. I was in TX Stadium once for a Dallas Cowboys Flag football game but never a real game.

Not really that hard
to get a ticket.
I've travelled to Texas stadium for the last 5 years and was always able to get a ticket for around $100.
I go to the cowboys opener every year(home or away)and I even flew to San Diego 2 years ago and bought good tickets the day before the game from a guy in a bar who'd run a classified ad.
My only problem is with the new PSL is that if you sell your tickets you're obligated to go through the cowboys ticket exchange instead of more mainstream ticketing services(stubhub, ticketmaster)
we'll have to see what this does to ticket availability.
