Cowboys vs. Packers gameday open thread (part II) 11/29/07

This was easier than beating the Jets.  The Packers are a better team than they were playing.

Uniforms.  We seem to lose a lot of games with them on.

and we will come back out and continue to dominate.  I actually feel kind of bad for Favre, though.

We seemed to have let up on the gas peddle on offense, the defenses tackling was horrible in the second quarter. We started playing man but Reeves and Jones got picked on so much, big reason why we need another cover corner, Rather have reeves as the fourth corner.
The offensive line is playing absolutely lights out in the first half, thee best half they've played all year.

I agree with what Collinsworth was saying about Green bay, they seemed to get away from what they were doing all year, and Brett was forcing things downfield, but mid to late in the second quarter they seemed to get back what they have been doing all year.

But c'mon Austin, you have to beat the kicker!

Romo 19/330 for 309 yds 4TD 1 INT

goes to the offensive line (issue 6 of them).

We are watching one of the best teams the cowboys have ever had and I am cautiously optimistic that we are going to end this year on a super note.

Romo, Ware, MB3 - Game balls

good adjustments and the run game came through when we really need it. MB3 and the O-line and that Tony guy wasn't bad either.

I've seen Green Bay several times this year, and they have been able to get pressure on everybody.  Kampman has looked fantastic this year, but a hobbled Columbo shut him out.  That o-line performance allowed the passing game to look so good.
