From the Washington Post blog:

[Leornard Davis] said it's down to the Redskins and Dallas, where he visited yesterday. Said the Cowboys did not make a firm offer but they talked about parameters. Has no other visits planned.

"I might make a decision this evening," Davis said. "I've just got to talk to my agent and talk to my wife ... It's all up in the air right now."
Davis said he had good meetings with Buges, Coach Joe, The Snyder (he didn't call them by those names of course, but you get the drift).

"This is my top two," Davis said of the Skins and Cowboys.

No firm offer from the Cowboys? Sounds like Jerry's parameters and Leonard's parameters were a couple of parameters apart.

Knowing him being a Cowboys fan

I can't imagine wanting to play for the foreskins over the Cowboys.

I can't believe the Redskins have anymore money to even make an offer to Davis. The Cowboys have a ton more cap space to play with. The Redskins also signed Smoot today, not like it will help. <g>
