SI's Dr. Z answered a question from what I guess is a Redskin fan.

"Everybody's been praising the Cowboys' signing of Ken Hamlin," he writes, "but doesn't this smell a lot like the Skins pairing of Archuleta with Taylor, which we all know didn't work?"

Absolutely, although Hamlin has more coverage ability than either of them. He's a banger, though, and Roy Williams is another one at the other safety. I'm still waiting to be convinced that Williams can cover anybody. You're right, same blueprint so far as the Washington one. All I can say is that Hamlin is an upgrade at the free safety position.

Did I mention I'm in the camp of Cowboy's fans that think Roy should put on some weight and play inside linebacker?  Oh I did?  Nevermind then.
