IRVING -- Kicker Martin Gramatica agreed to a two-year deal with the Cowboys on Monday.
Financial details were not available.
Gramatica made six of eight field-goal attempts last season and all 23 extra-point attempts.
Gramatica signed with the Cowboys as an unrestricted free agent on March 23, replacing Mike Vanderjagt. Gramatica is beginning his eighth NFL season.
He kicked for Tampa Bay from 1999-2004 and also spent time with the Indianapolis Colts in 2004. He was out of football in 2005.
