Bobble Boy???
What a way to be remembered going into a new season!
Check this article on Yahoo's front page Bobble Boy

Romo has looked sharp in the one preseason game and few practice highlights I've seen so far. And don't forget the QB Challenge he eeked out over the likes of Carson Palmer and Marc Bulger. I'm confident he'll look good early in the season but the true test will be down the stretch with playoffs at stake.

Eagerly Waiting For Terry's Response...

Excellent!
Thanks for posting. My favorite:
"I did three things this offseason, and they all lasted one day," Romo insists. "I'm the kind of guy who, if I'm sitting on the beach, I'm stressing out ... and I want a football in my hands. If I've been away from it even for a couple of days, I get that pit in my stomach and start thinking, 'Someone's getting better than me. Someone's out learning something I don't know.' "
He says his romance with Underwood, she of the voice so golden it turned even Simon Cowell into a fawning fan, is grounded by a common thread: "You come from a smaller place and get thrown into the limelight, and to sustain your success you can't turn your back on what got you there in the first place."
This guy is going places.

Sounds like Romo & Underwood make quite a team
They're both definitely grounded and both seem to take their respective crafts seriously.
I can't wait to see him succeed this season and help our Beloved Cowboys reach great heights!!!

I Would Bet on Romo to Succeed
I have a mathematical model that takes into account yards per attempt, turnover and sack frequency. My database is admittedly limited, but it has most of the QBs of this century, and I found only six 26-year old QBs who had at least 320 attempts who performed better than Romo did last year: Chad Pennington, Drew Brees, Aikman, Carson Palmer, Brett Favre and Ken Anderson. There were 40 26-year old QBs below him, including such names as Tom Brady, Donovan McNabb, Jim Kelly, Dan Marino, John Elway and Peyton Manning. The bad news is the performance of all six QBs declined the following season, although with the exception of Pennington, none declined dramatically. The good news is that over the long haul, all six of those QBs are either Hall of Fame caliber, or young guys recognized as perennial Pro Bowl candidates.
Given the tools around him, and an improving offensive line, I think he might well not be as good as he was last year, but should be plenty good enough for Dallas to make a deep playoff run. And most importantly, I feel confident that Romo will be at least a good, and maybe a great, QB in the long run.

I was down with this article
I thought it was pretty good and gave us a little deeper look at Romo. Made you think Romo is doing everything to succeed.
But then the writer dropped this on us:
He says his romance with Underwood, she of the voice so golden it turned even Simon Cowell into a fawning fan, is grounded by a common thread: "You come from a smaller place and get thrown into the limelight, and to sustain your success you can't turn your back on what got you there in the first place."
In other words, he's not just attracting a famous hottie, he's peering into her soul, too.
Holy crap, talk about throwing in a total flat-note into a flowing composition. Peering into her soul? Please, stick to football.

Underwood
Is a Grade-A hottie. And thanks for the article Doomsday. In addition, thanks for the reports kindablue, they both were extremely interesting. I'm excited, as everyone is, to see what he's capable of this season. Go Romo!

Nice numbers Kindablue
I think Romo's hot start kind of pad his stats for you but this will be his first full season. I'd interested in seeing your numbers on him at the end of the Boys run in the playoffs. ;)
