Any news on Terry Glenn???

Has anything come out of the Ranch as to how Glenn's surgery went. Was it successful, is there an updated timetable for rehab/return. Is he walking/on crutches/cruising around on a Rascal scooter? If I pick him up now will he contribute to my dwindling fantasy team at some point this season. Somebody give me somethin or at least point me in the right direction.

This is what Tim McMahon said

in his chat session

jycook: How is Terry Glenn feeling these days? Any idea when he could return to the lineup?

Tim MacMahon: Don't have an update on Terry Glenn since his surgery. I would assume that he won't be the Terry Glenn of old at any point this season, if ever again. If he can come back and contribute as a No. 3 or 4 receiver, that's a big bonus. But there's no guarantee that he'll be able to come back at all. Microfracture surgery might still be necessary. Best-case scenario is that he's playing in about a month.

TG deserves a shot

Man, I feel for Terry Glen this year. He has been the most consistent, reliable wide receiver we have had since Michael Irvin. Runs great routes, has soft hands and makes the most difficult catches look easy. With the team playing well I KNOW It kills him not to be out there.  He is a class act and he deserves a shot at coming back. Jerry deserves some love for holding a roster spot for him. Can you imagine how explosive we would have been this year with T.O. and T.G. 100% healthy?  It's scary!

The Red Ball Express will be rolling this year!

I coudn't agree more

He ahs all the talent and class you could wnat in a receiver. I'm really hoping he'll be back and contributing. I'd take TO and Glenn over one Moss any day.

And this from a Mickey Spags article

Da-Grizz posted this morning:

Wide receiver Terry Glenn would be the only other player out, still rehabbing from the arthroscopic surgery to remove a piece of torn cartilage from his right knee. Glenn is three weeks into what was termed a four-to-six week rehab following surgery.
