Offense playing great

Defense not so much.

Again, I am waiting for that game when both the offense and the defense both play great at the same time.

Sigh.

Have I ever mentioned that...

... Jacques Reeves SUCKS!

And did anyone notice on the half-ending drive that Reeves and Roy were the ones da Giants attacked (S. Smith being Reeves man and K. Boss being Roy's)?

One more thing, it's obvious that Plaxico won't be full speed, so our Boyz need to do a better job covering Toomer.

Come back off the ledge
Sure that was a bad defensive series. However, we've had a few stops on them.

They can't do a thing against our offense. A 96 yard drive and a 90 yard drive? You want to talk about pathetic displays of defense. What did we have, 7 3rd down conversions on that drive?

by mhuff13 on Jan 13, 2008 5:21 PM CST reply actions

It was a momentum killer

we let the Giants back in the game. Defense has to keep the momentum going.

by Philosopher on Jan 13, 2008 5:23 PM CST up reply actions

It is a big deal in any case

we start with the ball in the third. Another long drive and we could have been up 2 TD's. Now, essentially the game starts over. Tied up.

Fox Sports Radio -- You SUCK!

Lincoln Kennedy and some Chowderhead named Dan Morriarty are rooting like crazy for the NYG to win.

Media losers -- when DAL wins, you can cry as much as you want

by paulfv on Jan 13, 2008 5:21 PM CST reply actions

I hate the way Dallas uses it's corners...

I'm going to gag if I have to keep watching them lining up eight yards back on every first and second down.  And then I'm going to hit something if I have to keep watching them take five more steps back the second the ball is snapped.

I think if you put two of my best seasons together it wouldn't come up with the numbers he's going to have at the end of the season. -Troy Aikman on Tony Romo

by Big D Bam Bam on Jan 13, 2008 5:21 PM CST reply actions

Yeah, with Burress limping

I would like to see some Man coverage and hitting them as they come of the line. Put Newman on Toomer.

We haven't seen it once all year...

Why would we now?

I think if you put two of my best seasons together it wouldn't come up with the numbers he's going to have at the end of the season. -Troy Aikman on Tony Romo

Blame that last drive on Reeves

They go after him every time, and he can't cover,
then the facemask. GD'it, we had them on the ropes.
We should have kept Aaron Glenn.

But our offense is playing superb. Especially MB3!

He might be able to cover...

If the coaches would ever let him get within ten yards of a WR.  I guess we'll never know.

This Coyboys Defense....

SUCKS!!!

If that does not change and they don't get to Eli more this game is over, with the Giants getting their crap beat in Green Bay.

by Daboys57 on Jan 13, 2008 5:27 PM CST reply actions

Yeah

with all the weapons we have on offense, and our killer linebackers,  it drives me nuts that our secondary is so poor. We need another big corner (Asante Samuel is my choice) and then we need to move Henry to the nickel.

by Philosopher on Jan 13, 2008 5:30 PM CST up reply actions

The bright side

is that they scored quickly and we wore them down.  Look for Romo to To for at least two scores this quarter and I'm praying for some adjustments on our D

This is it right here

our whole season (so far) will be defined by this drive.

There are two Adrian Petersons, but there is only one Marion Barber.

Gee, I wish...

Pathetic effort all around.

The only person who played well was MBIII in the first half.

Well fellas

that was the most soul crushing defeat I have ever expierenced as a Cowboys fan.  It has been a pleasure blogging with you guys all year and let's get em next year.  Now I will go drink until its monday.

King of Choke Tony Romo

Another disappointing season for Cowboys fans.  Atleast we are used to it by now.

1 turnover...

that's all it took to destroy this glorious season.

I feel so unbelievably cheated right now, words can't describe it.

Gutless Patrick Crayton, Piss Poor Special Teams

And New York is a more disciplined team. Period. They deserved to win this one.

Dismal

Big time players step up when plays need to be made. We didn't do that today.

Terry's house

Someone should go to Terry's house and remove sharp objects and take away his shoe laces and belts.  Lasso's too.

It was a good run; maybe JJ can fill the holes

with the draft or free agency. We really need shoring up.

What a Disgrace

Most embarrassing Cowboys playoff loss.  Ever.  Nothing even comes remotely close.

I shouldn't be surprised, because we looked horrible the last month, and teams can't just turn on great play like it's a water faucet.  It still stinks, though.

I hope our dozen Pro Bowlers have fun watching the other teams play, knowing they couldn't beat the worst surviving playoff team.  At home.

What the......?!!!!!

Do you call that a game. Romo showed no sense of urgency; They didn't throw the ball to T.O but a few time with one-on-one coverage; the defense didn't play well on key downs.Another let down for the fans. I'd like to see some positive changes in Big "D".
