Garrett Staying?!

"Dallas head coach Wade Phillips has been informed that Jason Garrett will turn down head coaching opportunities with the Atlanta Falcons and Baltimore Ravens and remain as the offensive coordinator for the Cowboys, sources told ESPN's Ed Werder."

awesome! this makes the loss a little easier
to bear. I think this also means he will be the next HC as well after next season. Jerry probably told Jason, I'm giving Wade one more chance, if we don't go to the SB next year, he's fired, you're in.

Finally some good news this offseason
This makes me feel much better. I would have been disappointed in Redball if he bailed after one season and I hope he improves greatly next year. If the team comes back focused and doesn't let off the gas in December next season, this horrible loss will have been a valuable lesson.

some good news, I'm just now starting to come out of my post game coma so its good to hear this, with all the departures going on this type of decision can only help bring some continuity to the team. I bet T.O. and Romo are thrilled to hear this.
