Boy, it seems like between BP raiding our staff on a daily basis, Romo's vacation photos posted on the internet and Wade's lack of playoff success, there is a steadily growing sense of "We are doomed" in Cowboys nation.

I am slightly guilty of it myself but we have to remember that this is a talented team with studs at the QB, TE, WR, OLB postions, among others.  Also,everyone wants to make a big deal about TO not starting the wash game and Romo's play down the stretch but to me, Gurode being out was a hugely understated factor.  That guy has been the rock of the O-line all season and having him healthy for the playoffs will open up our running and passing game.

Anyway, I am going to refrain from adding to the "sky is falling" mentality being built up and have faith that these guys know exactly what is at stake and will take the level of play up a notch to win these playoff games.  The Cowboys are a hungry team and watching the games yesterday reminded me of how the championship teams play when the real season begins.
