Owens Not Upset with Romo, Takes Shot at "Sheshawn"
According to star-telegram.com, Terrell Owens is not angry with the Dallas Cowboys offense -- nor is he upset with starting quarterback Tony Romo.
But then again, many of you already knew that... with some of you accurately pointing out that it was much ado about nothing -- except for BSPN attempting to draw viewers by bashing TO and the Cowboys.
Back to the story.
Owens stated that he never exchanged words with Romo about his role in the offense after the 'Boys 26-24 loss to the Washington Redskins last Sunday as some mediots reported.
His exact words...
Owens said his postgame comments about needing to be involved more in the offense were blown out of proportion and more a product of his frustration in the Cowboys loss than any displeasure about the Cowboys offense.
“It’s a matter of being frustrated with the loss,” Owens said. “It had nothing to do with the offense.”
Furthermore, The Original 81 ran a verbal post pattern and scored a TD with this stellar shot at one of BSPN's talking heads -- you know, the other one-time Dallas Cowboys receiver, who robbed teams like the Jets, Bucs, Panthers, and our Cowboys by not living to his own hype and is now serving as a sour grapes basher of America's Team.
Check it --
Regarding Keyshawn Johnson, whom Owens’ referred to as Sheshawn at least three times, he said: “[As the No. 1 overall pick in the 1996 draft] he is the ultimate underachiever on that panel. I am the reason he is in the booth. Everybody is aware when I was brought to Dallas he was the one they let go to get me here.”
Ha, ha, ha, ha!!!!
Take that Sheshawn... and just shut up your damn mouth!!!

Nice to see a media story not bashing TO and taking things out of context
But it is too little to late. The national media has already jumped all over this story and don’t expect them to put out an article similar to this one. They will just quite with the TO articles and the majority of non-Cowboys readers will still think that there is a major problem with TO.

Ya
That was on Inside the Huddle. I watched the show and it seemed very believable and he didn’t seem upset at all. It was hilarious when he bashed ESPN. He took some shots and Chris Carter and Tom Jackson as well.

I've been on other boards
and people are STILL talking smack. Basically anytime Terrell opens his mouth, it’s gonna make front page of ESPN. It’s a bit ridiculous. They really are the Worldwide Leader in Sports Propaganda. Can’t wait to see Sheshawn (which btw is a wayyyyy better nickname than MeShawn) react. I dunno if T.O. is better than Cris Carter though…definitely Tom Jackson hahaha even though I can’t hate on him. At least he’s open about his Broncos biased.

hilarious
He is high fiving Cris Carter about what he would do if he had 18-20 balls thrown his way..
Wait aren’t you the guy that caught 100+ balls and scored 1 TD?

He was high fiving Chris Carter because...
All Chris Carter does is catch touchdowns, and Key was hoping some of that endzone magic would rub off on him.

You know what really gets me angry about this?
And Im gonna preface by saying that I know TO has made his bed by his previous actions, but what about Plaxico? I live right outside NY and dont know if you guys down there heard that Plaxico has been fined by Coughlin 40-50 times over the last couple years. They reported that Plaxico kept up his actions because he said he didnt care about the money. So finally they had to suspend him. And to boot, Steve Smith (Giants) was asked about how plaxico acted in meetings and he replied “I’ve never seen him at one”. I think the is the epitome of unfair.. All TO does is practice and try to win while plaxico shows up on sunday (and plays well). But imagine if the team fined TO just once? Im so tired of these TO and Tony stories (especially the Jessica stuff) At least let there be some justice..
Go Cowboys

The “Sheshawn” nickname is gold and fitting. Key let it go. TO is better than you, get over it!!!!

Sheshawn was trying to say
“you throw 19 balls to me, I’m catchin’ all of ’em,” just before the break to a different story. That guy is infecting Cris Carter, Mike Ditka, and Tom Jackson with his own animosity for the Cowboys.
What kills me is that Chris Berman has to be a part of that discussion. I used to wake up every Sunday morning to watch NFL Countdown because it was my favorite show. Now since NFL Network, maybe ESPN felt they had to compete so they went out and hired big mouth Keyshawn.
Rich Eisen, Jamie Dukes, and Rod Woodson take a much more football-oriented, objective approach to the story. They’re all about competition; less about patting their own backs.
That #38 sure should wrap up!

you want to talk about anti-cowboys bias
Chris Berman definitely is a Cowboys hater as far back as I can remember and he really doesn’t try to hide the fact either.
His homerism towards the Bills and 49ers is also blatant as well.

MeShawn has some nerve
Didn’t MeShawn write a book about getting the ball?, didn’t he fabricate a fued with Wayne Cherbet? also didn’t Tampa Bay do the same thing to him that the eagles did to T.O.? Man put a suit on some people and they suddenly get forgetful.
