Terrell Owens blows off Ed Werder
During Terrell Owens' weekly Q & A at his locker today, he was asked a question regarding certain media types saying T.O. won't get along with another big name receiver on the team. His response: "Well, they're idiots" (4:35) His point was that the media was making a big deal out of it when there was none.
Better yet, when ESPN's Ed Werder started to ask T.O. about the negativity surrounding the team, he promptly responded with a "Next question." (5:31)

lol yes!
TO’s learning.
Where will you be when the Sixers hoist the Larry O'Brien trophy? Hopefully Liberty Ballers.
Anyone hear Mickey's blow up today regarding former Cowboys players?
It was a great moment in Cowboys radio, Mickey snapped and went on for five moments about former cowboys players calling for this team to have a “leader.” Don’t get the following twisted, I believe Emmitt Smith is the greatest running back ever to play the game and one of my favorite players of all time, but Mickey gave him what he deserved today. The best part was when he yelled, “Emmitt Smith has no voice calling for ANYONE to be a leader!” The co-host Rob clearly surprised said… “really?” and Mickey followed with “Yes! Emmitt followed Aikman and Irvin, he was not a leader by any means!” It was great that someone finally called out these former cowboys analysts getting on this team. I’m so sick of this BSPN/Media brainwashing that has taken place all offseason and has hit a new high this week. Let’s not even start with Keyshawn, he might have played on our team and wore the uniform for a couple games, but let’s get one thing right, Keyshawn Johnson is NOT a former cowboy.

Im tired of these former players thinking that things have to meet their approval.

I don't think that Emmitt ever said he was the leader.
Pointing out that the NFL’s all time leading rusher needed to follow other team leaders actually helps Emmitt’s point, rather than discrediting it.

T.O.'s totally different in front of the media
than Inside the Huddle and shows like that, but I can see where he’d get annoyed with these guys.

Eff Dead Nerder of BSPN -- He sux and He deserves to be disrespected
Props to TO…

He says the right things when hes happy
Just wait Cowboy fans, if you guys suffer due to injuries and crackman’s suspension he WILL blow up. He’s all smiles when winning, not so much when losing.
He’s already complained about not getting the ball even though he was targeted 20 times. And no, my theory is not wrong. In fact, it’s been proven twice in san fran and in philly.
Joe you sound like a politician
You leave out the important part of what someone says, and focus on the part that affects your agenda. Do you work for ESPN?
If you ACTUALLY LISTENED to what T.O. said after that Redskins game, he complained about not getting the ball enough early in the game. He was targeted 20 times, and the vast majority of those were in the second half. But don’t focus on that part. Just point out that he was targeted 20 times and complained.
He complained because we lost. Did he complain the week before that when he had 2 catches, and we won? No, I didn’t think so.
Thats all we hear from the Iggles fans
Just wait, it will happen, just wait it’s coming, he’s on the verge of blowing apart the locker room.
Well, the Iggles fan and the rest of the MSM with the same predictions have yet to see their dreams come true, and I seriously doubt that at his age TO will be blowing up the Cowboys locker room. So JoeD you just keep on believing that crap if it makes you happy, but don’t expect people that follow the Cowboys to.

Did he blow up after the playoff loss?
So there’s history on the other side. And why the interest in TO? He hasn’t played in Philly in years now. Do you blog about Garcia on the TB site?
Never wrestle with a pig. You both get dirty and the pig loves it.
again, not true Joe
The situations in SF and Philly had to do with T.O. not being happy with his contract, not with not getting enough balls.
In Romo we Trust
I saw ed werder's sportscenter bit on the cowboys.
He said that jerry’s firing of the 4 man security detail meant that the cowboys wouldnt accept him back even if he is reinstated and he was done as a cowboy essentially.
Nice drawing of conclusions when there is no evidence to suggest that at all. You might think he fired the security detail because he had gotten in a fight with the guy and having it was getting bad press the past couple days in reaction?
the preceding post was a great success.
Whenever Nerder speculates something...
…bank on the opposite happening.

LOL!!!
That was too funny how he instantly rejected Werder. Werder and Horton from NFL Netowork are nothing but instigators and love to exaggerate rumors.

ESPN Reporting
Romo has informed the coaches that he is ready to start Sunday and play with a splint.
Maybe this is the leader that Emmitt, Troy and Deion are looking for?

After watching it again...
…I noticed that TO has become wiser in fielding the questions of reporters, and he’s evolved into a mild Bobby Knight, so to speak.
HA-HA-HA.
I just love the way he handled the Qs of da mediots trying to instigate negativity from him regarding RW2, Pacman, and BJ.
Safe to say that Nerder got pwned!

Every day I like TO a little bit more
I do wonder if the tide will ever turn back to sports news instead of sports gossip…

NFL and sports coverage in general is all about what generates advertising dollars, and unfortunately the crap sells and the substance doesn’t. That’s why I’m addicted to BTB, one of the last bastions of solid, up to date Cowboys news.

It's like that for all news
Not just sports. The alternative media, mostly the internet, is the only way to get real news anymore.
Way to go TO
Ref fired security …. any one know who called the cops?
I live and die with the Dallas Cowboys
