T.O. Is going to get ED Werder Fired!

HAHAHA

T.O. has done it again. I watched his interview at dallascowboys .com and on three occasions when Ed would ask Terrell a question he would answer "next question"

I noticed some other reporters than ask the same question werder had and Owens would answer them haha.  ESPN'S going to rethink sending that weasel here everyweek because he wont get anything they can sansationalize anymore.

He'd do the same thing to anybody ESPN sent...

It ain’t Werder’s fault those idiots on NFL Sunday Countdown can’t keep their mouths shut with anything pertaining to T.O.

Yeah good point, it might not be something against Werder personally

it could be because just about everybody at espn hates on him.

Yeah, but Terder has been disrespectful at times...

…in the way he’s asked TO some questions — especially during Owens’ first year with the Cowboys.

BSPN knows that the Dallas Cowboys gets viewers attentions — for the good and for the bad (although it’s predominantly bad). They take advantage of people hating our team.

BSPN knows that Terrell Owens gets viewers’ attention (back in SF, back in Philly, and esp now w/Dallas). They take advantage of people hating him.

So what are they doing?

Basically capitalizing on it by providing commentary that is mostly half-true/false/sensationalistic and downright derogatory against Dallas… and is usually enough information to fool their viewers who don’t really know what’s happening with the Cowboys.

And that’s ONE OF THE MANY REASONS WHY I HATE THAT G__ -D___ NETWORK!!!

the only thing that could be funnier

is if when Werder asked T.O. a question, he just turned to him real serious looking and said “You’re dead to me.”

i would absolutely love it if that happened

but if someone is really dead to you

you don’t need to say “you’re dead to me” — you just ignore them as if they don’t exist, as in “next question”…

so true, so true

and that’s what The Original #81 is doing these days :~ )

It's about time

Terder and BSPN got some backlash from all the crap they sling at the boys. I tell you what, I am loving TO’s attitude this year. Now if we can only get some W’s rolling on the field.

Anyone else notice how Ed tried

to laugh off the “talk to the hand” treatement that he is receiving. Ed might think its funny but I also noticed that the camera view the last two weeks has been pointed in a way to make sure it picks up Ed’s face. Before it would be centered on TO but now it is kinda sideways and does not just pick up ed to where you know where he is but TO and his entire face. I wonder if the crew video taping the interview session is doing this intentionally to capture not just the verbal but the visual expressions of this exchange. Thoughts?

Choirboy

I love the way TO is handling himself. He’s not being mean, belligerent, or anything. He is simply saying “Next question.” Werder really had that mic shoved in his face, and he didn’t get ruffled. He pressed it down, and said “excuse me.” I don’t know why TO had so many troubles in Philly (maybe because philly is a toilet?) but I love how he has worked out for this team, both on and off the field.
Defending TO is always the first argument I have to have when someone finds out I"m a boys fan. If ESPN is going to blow everything this guy says out of proportion, then why give them any respect or congeniality?

Me: "We got Roy Wiliams in a trade today." My Wife: "What does that mean?" Me: "Well, it at least means that there are two poeple playing for the 'Boys now with the same name."
A few hours later: My Wife: "If our next child is a boy, what would you want to name it?" Me: "How aobut Roy Wiliams?"

so is he upset with werder specifically?

or just ESPN as a whole? Cause the real haters are Tom Jackson and Skip Brainless and Trey Wingo. Those guys HATE T.O. and they try to overhype anything they can. But I’m new to the Ed Werder thing. I’ve noticed the next question thing tho. that’s pretty hilarious……

I think that werder is on TO's radar

because alot of the commentary that the above mentioned offenders take what bait werder puts out there. I also think that this all started after the 1st skins game where werder asked him 5 different ways if he felt he was involved enough in the game; and TO finally answered the loaded question and the rest is history. Remember at that point dallas was still 3-1 and before that game was being touted as the best team in the nfc so it was the first thing the msm could use to hate on the boys. I think TO remembers that and has decided that if I am honest and speak my mind it only leads to trouble and I will no longer help those who benefit off my participation. Just a theory.

i think you're right

i was trying to remember what incident started it, but werder was baiting him and then they took what he said out of context and pummeled him with it. So it is both Werder personally and BSPN as a whole. He said if that’s what you’re going to do, I just won’t answer your questions at all.

I love it

TO is just channeling Drew Rosenhous.

Easy Ed will just have to rely on his “sources close to the team” aka The Janitor. :)

I love me some TO.

A true diehard Cowboys fan since 1975.

"If you don’t take him off the field as a coach, he will just about die out there," Jerry Jones said. "That impacted my decision. It’s a Michael Irvin-type work ethic. That’s what we are talking about with Felix Jones."

in his own words...

one of the most important things he advises to children: “it’s not whether you win or lose, it’s how crazy smooth you look doing it.”

i’m fairly certain he still loves him some him…lol

I commented. You're welcome.
