PrintThis Cowboys team has some caveats heading down the stretch. They have already engraved themselves in history.
In the broadcasts last week, an annoucer said, of the 5-4 Cowboys, in the NFL East with 5-3 Eagles, 6-whatever Redskins and Giants, that the Cowboys were the frst team since 1935 to be in sole possesion of last place in a division while having a winning record.
And if I'm not mistaken, the low yardage they gained in Tampa is the NFL Record for low yardage in a win.

But I’m not sure that those are the historical firsts that I want to be proud of this season.

This is the latest in the season
in any division in history where there isn’t a clear cut dead last team. Further proof that the East really is BEAST
