I would be totally psyched
If we ended up with Brace and Harrell.

I like all the positions you are projecting.

apreciate it
I tried to cover all our needs, but I’m not positive we are going to get 4th rounders for both Reeves or Jones, I would think 5th would be the lowest.

O-Line
Yes, but I would not spend anything high on the D-line with all the picks we have spent in recent years on it.

Ratliff is our only good D-lineman
and we don’t have a true NT

I'm not a big fan of Alex Boone...
neither are many NFL scouts..
A true diehard Cowboys fan since 1975.
"If you don’t take him off the field as a coach, he will just about die out there," Jerry Jones said. "That impacted my decision. It’s a Michael Irvin-type work ethic. That’s what we are talking about with Felix Jones."

I like it
Focusing on the lines…we are prolly about to lose both Spears and Canty or at least one of them so we need a lil shuffle with the Dline and our backup oline has been horrible and we need to start thinkin of the future there…also Columbo is in a contract year soo…i like us takin a lb and a ss for not only special teams but the ss might push for a starting job.

One thing that I would like alot
Is if we would jump into the first round for Terrance Cody from alabama..that guy is a monster and he could fill up those lanes rather nicely..but Brace would be second best for value and he could plug those lanes nicely too but Cody could become a force and anchor our Dline for a long time

Cody has been subpar the second half.
I just wonder if he’s slowing down due to lack of conditioning, or if his injury is still affecting him.

the more i look at it
we have some holes… backup oline, backup qb, dline, ss, special teams

Alex Boone looks like....
….a fruitier Robert Gallery.
As for Mount Cody, bigger isn’t always better lest we forget Aaron Gibson. If these reports of him getting blocked (or at least neutralized) by a single guy are true how is he going to man the nose in a pro 3-4?
Looking for a QB to develop? Take Curtis Painter for no other reason than he is ugly enough to be Larry Bird’s bastard son.

You might be right about Cody but...
Taking Curtis Painter on that basis doesn’t make any sense…Harrell is much better and could develop very nicely and he could be our long term backup or maybe one day we could swap for picks

That's called a joke, son.
It’s a one-off. Be thankful for it. Because if certain Blue and Silver Report transplant douchebags have their way, you’ll never hear the end of one certain fellow’s homosexual fixation with Drew Henson.
I really don’t know what to think of Harrell at this point. It seems to me he throws a heck of a lot of 8-to-10 yard passes and Michael Crabtree is a great target to have. I agree with the sentiment of a getting a promising back-up in the wings; I just don’t know why he’s the one you’d eyeball. With Mike Leech, it’s almost a scenario like the one with Jeff Tedford. Do these guys tutor so many impressive college passers because they maximize their capabilities or are they just keen enough to recruit so many talented passers?

The only thing i hate aboutt the draft...
Is I start to get partial to ppl i think we are going to take which in turn i’m bummed when we don’t select them only to a few minutes later love the pick…its crazy….last year I was all about Jenkins then it switched to DRC and then when we got Jenkins I was like….sigh…Awesome!! but I’ve finally started to learn to pick positions rather than names…but it is still fun

quincyyyyy, you're the man!!
Scott McKillop is a tackling machine and is exactly what we need in the middle after Zach retires.
Great call!

Game proved
You get Ratliff in one on one coverage and he is a force time to shift him to DE/DT and our D line is instantly better
