Can Romo throw anything that isn’t a 5 yd slant or crossing pattern? No confidence in his deep ball, whether it be his choice or the coach’s play calling.

physical vs. soft
Why do they explode into tackles and smack guys, and we seem to always be barely dragging guys down?
Rhetorical question, of course.
their secondary really knows how to tackle.

Yup. It's been one of the many problems that was never fixed since Parcells left.
Along with the penalties. The team is just undisciplined.

D. really hasn't
looked that bad so far tonight – the offense has GOT to generate some points though….with each Offensive drive we’ve shot ourselves in the foot…interception….holding call on a 20+ yard barber run…and pass bounces off TO for an int. when we were driving deep in their territory – offense has to settle down and cut down on the mistakes

I hear ya
but even Crosby misses FG’s, like the game against Minnesota. Folk hasn’t missed yet when the game has been on the line. He missed the early one if ARIZONA, true, but he nailed the one to get us to overtime.
I would love it if he could boom them to the back of the endzone too, but I just have so many bad memories of the bad kickers over the years that Folk gets much love from me.

Half down stats
first downs: 9-7
3rd down efficiency: 50% to 28%
total yards: 193 to 106
average gain per offensive play: 6.9 to 3.8
Romo 14/18/142/0/2, and those 2 are the difference
Campbell: 9/15/64/1/0
Sacks: 2 for 18, 0 for them
If we can keep up these stats and just avoid the turnovers (and get it together on ST), we’re going to run away with this in the second half…

yup scott - Romo
looked like he settled down and settled into his game on that last scoring drive too…hitting receivers perfectly in stride – let’s hope that trend holds
