Any BTB'ers going to the 49ers game??
Santa Clause came early this year and I now have two tickets to this weekend's game against the San Francisco 49ers. This will be my one and only game at Texas Stadium in my lifetime and I cannot even begin to say how excited I am to finally be able to watch a Cowboys game in the historic venue. I have been to three Cowboys games so far yet all of them have been a fan in enemy territory. Thus what I am most looking forward to is actually seeing a Cowboys game surrounded by tons of fellow fans.
So, I was wondering if there are any regular readers who plan on going to the game. It would be great to meet up and tailgate with some fellow BTB'ers.
Also, if anyone has some tips about attending the game let me know (Parking, tailgating, food and drinks, etc).

I have to tell you Brandon
The first time experience of watching a Cowboys game at Texas Stadium is awesome, however, the local Cowboys fans are not nearly as rowdy or boisterous as I was expecting.
Don’t get me wrong, they cheer and everything, but the local fans don’t nearly get as crazy and into the game as other fans, like Steelers fans, those people are absolutely nuts. When I go to the Steelers game next month, I’ll have venom spewed at me from every direction by Steelers fans, however, I guarantee you that not too many Cowboys fans will say anything derogatory to fans that you will see there in 49ers apparel.
Local Cowboys fans from Texas and Dallas are just more laid back than fans from the northeast, I’m not advocating it’s a bad thing, just really different from what I’ve experienced in other NFL venues. Also, for some reason, the local fans watch the entire game standing up, don’t know why, maybe just a Texas Stadium thing.
BTW, make sure you head to the Corral before and after the game, the Hooter girls rock!

I actually don't mind the standing up part...
It will just be cool to see the game from inside a stadium I have idolized since I was about 4 years old.

oh, you'll love it
although my first Texas Stadium experience was the infamous T.O. dissing the star game against SF back in 2000, I’m praying your first time at TS results in a blow out win.
