Marion Barber, who jogged into the locker room during the last minute of the first half after getting his right foot checked out on the sideline, is back on the bench. He’s still wearing his shoulder pads, which is obviously a good sign. Still no official word on him.

I sure do like the way Choice runs though
he is smooth and finds the seam and gets upfield quickly. sometimes he even overruns himself if he doesn’t get hit, he leans so far forward. he’s sort of a hybrid between barber and felix.
you should ask for his hand in marriage

this is not the case. You’re all talking like both of them are done for the season. We don’t know yet the extend of their injuries. Let’s not be too pessimistic please
i rather have Romo, than Barber and Ware....
Romo is the life blood of this team….without Romo we arent going anywhere…Ware is a tremendous player, but i think the D is equally as awful without him as they are with…

doesn't matter though
u catch the ball and run into the endzone, and get tackled in the endzone…that’s a safety. Bad bad luck, but technically a safety.
Jindal '12
The difference is...
running into the endzone and your own momentum forcing you into the endzone. It is in the rulebook.
he wasn't going forward though for forward progress
there is no such thing as backward progress.

Wrong. When you intercept a ball running backwards into your own endzone, it is not a safety.
You get it at the 1 yard line.

there were a lot of things to like about this game
the offense scored TDs on the first three drives with superb efficiency. slowed down later on, but still put up another 13 points.
the defense kept them out of the end zone, even if they did give up yards.
the win is tempered by concern about Barber and Ware, but a good win nonetheless.
