Got My TO Workout Bands Today

The UPS girl brought my brand new home workout system to my door today, The Terrell Owens Super Strong Man Set by a company called Bodylastics.
I can't wait to get started.
Actually, as cheesey as the whole thing sounds, the equipment seems to be pretty high-quality. I'm no professional athlete, mind you, but I'm not a workout novice either. I just wore out my Total Gym (which Chuch Norris pitches) after about seven years on it (cables fraying, pulleys coming apart, etc.)
From reading the material I got with these bands, it really looks like the number of exercises you can do with them is limited by your imagination. In fact, from the suggested programs, I'd say it's at least as versatile as the Total Gym, and has the added bonus of being able to ramp up the resistance to ungodly levels.
I'll write again after I get going. Not including a link, because I'm not trying to sell them.

You mean, like an actual book to read?
No, the only book was the one with the exercises illustrated.

Yeah I've had these for about a year.
Its a good supplement to my normal workouts. I mostly use them for my abs and arms.

Although my workouts are mainly Free weights…..I wouldn’t mind checking them out…..How much are they selling for?
