Good thing we took 7 minutes to score 3 points when the eagles just went 80 yards in one play.
Yeah let’s keep burning up clock!!!!THATLL WORK!

Why can't the NFL Leading team in sacks get one when it matters?!?!?
by DieSlowKeyshawn on Dec 28, 2008 3:56 PM CST reply actions
I don’t care who it’s on, can’t they just get it together? And worthy or not, take advantage of the opportunity
by dallasfaningianterritory on Dec 28, 2008 3:56 PM CST reply actions
That was a LOT less about our cover guys and a lot more about McNabb...that dude was as good as
sacked on that play, and squirms free to hit the receiver, who had just made an off the cuff move to get open
by Loozeeana_Cowboy on Dec 28, 2008 3:56 PM CST reply actions
He did a ton of that in the first game
if you recall
Whichever team makes the least amount of mistakes today is going to win. That doesn't bode well for us
Especially since we can’t come from behind like we used to be able to

just give up
You pile of millionaire morons…..I hate being a fan of this team……underachieving bastards
sigh.
WHY WHY WHY did TB and Chicago have to lose. Seems like whenever someone has the least bit of motivation to beat us, they do.
huh.

+1
If we can come back and score, even a FG, then we can take some of the wind out of their sails. It’ll pump us back up a little
Horrible
Hard to find anything positive to say right now.
Eagles are playing well and got something to play for. we don’t seem to be matching them in intensity.
and the Boys made an impressive drive, even if they didn't get 7
in one of the two times they’ve had the ball
AWESOME! TOTALLY AWESOME. WHY DID THEY EVEN GET ON THE PLANE TO PHILLY? what a tremendous waste of time
Are you kidding me?
They pay their guys millions also. They just made a big play. It happens. Don’t you dare cheer once we take the lead.
Traitors.
Game over?
You guys are morons…its early in the 2nd quarter and 1 big play and you say the game is over? Lots of football left to be played…lots of swings of emotion and momentum still to come….if you think the game is over get off this board so we don’t have to read your stupid over-reactions
Never seen you on here before, but we'll be sure to "get off" because you can't accept reality that the cowboys didn't show up today.

thank God... because using 7 minutes to get 3 points really doesn't mean anything when the opponent
puts up 7 in 30 seconds, it actually works against us… but ok.

Eagles are betting they can get to Romo before Romo can find wide open guys
So far, they’re winning that bet
If Adams is hurt, they need to get him the F out of the game
The last thing Romo needs is a statue at LT.
it's okay, cus we used a 7 minute drive earlier netting 3 points
and they scored in 10 seconds, so their defense is tired!

I'm trying to stay positive
but it sure seems too perfect for the Eagles
and they manage to do this ...
every single year too. Come out strong, play like crap, f*ck things up for a contender at the end of the season…
He needs to start calling some screens...
Eagles are run blitzing everytime
I'll check back later if the game turns in our favor
when there will once again be fans on this board!
I'm with you.
I can’t take all this weak fan BS.
I’m out as well.
Enjoy all your complaints
last year. we were freaking favored, and at home against a team we had beaten twice during the regular season.

appart from being worried about the outcome of the game
may be a little tired of all the agressivness on that thread
The defense isn't going to stop every play for zero gain
Let’s be realistic here folks. The Eagles have a solid offense. Dallas is going to struggle at times.
dude and not to mention, that PLAY that McNabb made for the big gain - i'd say at least half of the QB's in the league get
their butt sacked on that play….not only does he not get sacked, but he finds an open guy and gets the ball to him…we have to understand that Philly has a guy behind center with a lot of the same good qualities as our own QB…he sense the pressure coming, evade it, and make things happen

One of the top things I hate reading is...
“They are just wanting it more.”
Because you know what people are thinking or feeling? Like Tony Romo and the offensive line want to hear all year about how they were a colossal failure.
Get real. Sometimes and gasp the other team just gets beat.

Quick hitters and short slants got us in FG range the 2nd drive. Now Garrett has stopped calling them.
They’re going to pressure every play. Why not take the 6 yd gain and be happy?
BECAUSE THAT MAKES TOO MUCH SENSE. if we get it, he doesn't. nothing changes.

do we ALWAYS have to play from ****ing behind?
jeez, no o, the d is getting burned on long 3rd downs, and special teams flubs, no penalties yet after that first stupid one

Now the Eagles D can pin their ears back and really pressure Romo. Yikes.
Thank you Terence Newman
You gave us 1 good game all season. Thank you very much.
Is anyone really that surprised?
We should have beat the Steelers and we didn’t.
We should have beat the Ravens and we didn’t.
Now, we will probably lose to the Eagles.
This team does a great job of blowing it.

jerry needs to cough up 9 mil that cowher is apparently asking for
and get the hell out of his way
"get out of his way" does not compute for Jerry
which is why our coaching may never be great again until jones kicks the bucket
the sparks keep me warm.
Really all America want is cold beer, warm p***y, and some place to take a s**t with a door on it. - Mr. Ford
If Homgren's the answer then the question shouldn't have been asked.
I doubt we’ll get a new HC but if we do we need to go after Rex Ryan
Holmgren would be great, but
he’s taking a year off…he’s not leaving Seattle to take another job…he’s a football god to that city. Maybe he can step in between Jones and our head coach like Parcells is doing in Miami

The evidence is continually mounting
that Wade’s coaching leading to late season collapses is not just a myth
it hasnt been myth since the music city miracle.
which, not surprisingly, bruce dehaven’s special teams was a part of

Wade has us flat..
You can blame Garrett, to but it starts with guy at the top.. Wade should be screaming on players..
"Protect the Romo, Save the Cowboys!!"
The only good thing is
That if they lose bad enough, wade may get fired. If wade is coaching next year, I’m not buying the nfl ticket.
this was awful
why can’t our offense do ANYTHING?!
I commented. You're welcome.

In a perfect world...
Head coaches would realize their limitations and do things like that.
But, in the real world, you’re going to have to fire him.
Wade falls to 1 - 1 in playoffs as Dallas head coach....
Wait until Dallas scores a few late TD’s…..Wade will be talking how proud of the team he is for fighting back. What a joke of a head coach.
Todd Haley, Im serious
he knows the team and won’t cowtow to the prima donna personas playing WR
Won’t tolerate lousy routes
Romeo Crenel to run the D
you should be b***h slapped

Wade
Wade is a great defensive coordinator, and a really bad head coach. Three strikes your out. he’s done this with all three teams he’s been with. A good strategist, terrible motivator
The whole world this
type of game.
BTW why no penalty against McNabb after his touchdown for a doing a dance on his stomach using the ground?
Say what you want about Pacman at least he tried on the last kickoff.
No control or urgency on this team.
BECAUSE THEY D O NOT CARE..........
they play like this game means nothing…complete joke…..i am done here..good night
If Jones keeps this copaching staff he's STUPID!
Just think what Jimmy Johnson or Tom Landry could do with this talent!!
Geaux Cowboys!
The key play was our second drive.
We try adn get cute instead f running the ball.
That passing play on third and 1 from the shotgun right? Blame Garrett
I hope he’s gone next year too
sorely dissapointed....again.
horrible effort. romo sucks, and this offense should be blown up and rebuilt.
we need to get miles austin in the game. these bums are emarassing.
This team has no guts and no heart
As I mentioned after the first Washington game loss, I seen the same garbage I saw last year after the Packer game, and that’s why I thought all year that this team wasn’t going to make the playoffs. I was hoping I was going to be wrong, but the cowboys are gutless…
They were given every break over the last two weeks and still dropped the ball. They dont deserve to be in the playoffs. This team since Bill left is slipping back to its old ways when it was being run under Jerry Jones There is no accountability with this team
You may be on to something.
Jerry no more puppets.. Jerry needs to be a GM, stay in the box, and let the coaches coach..
"Protect the Romo, Save the Cowboys!!"
yeah, me too
i’ll still be here rooting for a huge comeback, even as it becomes less and less likely/possible
No kidding
The Football Gods cursed us after we traded for him. Never try that crap again Jerry.
T-New, shutting down WR's for Dallas since 2003

I wish i could go back to myself in september
and save myself all the time i wasted with this team. Not the Cowboys in general, but this team this year
someone has to look at jason garrett and his sorry excuse for an offense.

barber
two failing drives in a row with barber in? the eagles knew he cant
run. horrible man horrible.
So if last year was the most talented team never to play in the Super Bowl, this must be the most talented team to never make the playoffs.
I am no Einstein, but if a talented team fails to make the playoffs, either they are not talented, or the coaching is abyssmal.
In this case, I choose: BOTH!!
I am embarrassed to be a Cowboys fan.
