DCFanatic's show tomorrow should be a classic
hide the women and children, or atleast buy them earplugs, it’s going to get ugly, just like this game
Most embarrassing loss EVER
I dare anyone to disagree.
wade the good team killer
iam eagles fan and bronco fan and wade is a LOSER DOUBLE LOSER he ruined every team he coaches denver a good team never made da playoffs under that bum buffalo agood team wit flutie right down hill and now u bums which i luv 2 hate but feel ur pain philips makes me sick and to watch you b8ukms crash and burn i luv it

Don't overreact!
The nucleus of a championship team is here…we need a major upgrade at coach…that won’t be hard. We need to get rid of some players and I think that includes TO. Its hard for the QB to be a vocal leader when he walks on glass because of his WR’s history. Any other player that is hurting chemistry should be gone. We need a piece or two at OL to create some depth. We need help at safety. Beyond that I think we have the players to make the run we all want.
lol beyond rebuilding the whole team and
“a major upgrade at coach… that won’t be hard”
nice thinking, unrealistic.

are you watching this game?
i think were pretty civil considering.

Not Overreact?
Baloney. This team is rotten to its core. I would fire Wade and hire a GM. Let the GM hire a coach. Then move on to fire TO and Henry and other old guys; Pacman is garbage. I would write off next year and rebuild. Total house cleaning.
JJ will be "THE GM" until he dies or sells the team. His ego is so overinflated that he actually
believes that his choice of Wade and Garrett is the answer to a Lombardi Trophy.
Wharter
Wade
refused to cut Brad Johnson, refused to change Special teams coaches last year, refused to cut pacman
um, thats the GM's job
Perhaps the most recognizable mascot in sports, and certainly the toughest looking, Bevo is a fixture

yeah cus pacman was the problem
dude missed 6 games and led the team in pass deflections and tackles among DBs, CUT HIM!!!!!
by DieSlowKeyshawn on Dec 28, 2008 5:44 PM CST up reply actions
I wouldn't cut packman
But cannot evaluate talent. He thinks an O lineman that is injured is better than someone without experience. But he doesn’t put them in to get experience. He didn’t realize that he didn’t have a back up QB. Wade is the problem.
don't forget that getting him to play T. Choice, EVEN when Felix went out injured, was like trying to
pull teeth….when he finally gave him a chance, the kid did really good and has been one of the (few) bright spots on this team over the last several weeks
by Loozeeana_Cowboy on Dec 28, 2008 5:48 PM CST up reply actions
Brad Johnson
needs to go.
Special teams coach needs upgrading.
I say keep Jones. Give him another whole offseason to get better.
They've done studies, you know. 60% of the time it works, every time.
i'll check back in later.
i can’t stand to watch or post anymore. see you fellas.
I commented. You're welcome.
another transplant from The Blue & Silver Report
well the bright side is
I’m dating this new girl and she won’t witness my football addiction until next year
It could be worse guys
it could be ….
According to the St. Petersburg Times, Cadillac Williams “appears” to have suffered a torn left patellar tendon in Sunday’s loss to Oakland.
poor guy.
They've done studies, you know. 60% of the time it works, every time.
TO's value
IF we trade him, what do you think we can get back?
4th rounder? no one will take contract + attitude.
by DieSlowKeyshawn on Dec 28, 2008 5:45 PM CST up reply actions
not even a 4th...maybe 5th or 6th.
maybe a future pick based on performance…like the deal we had for Pacman that ended up giving the Titans virtually nothing when he got suspended.
by Kansas Cowboy on Dec 28, 2008 5:46 PM CST up reply actions
The coach is the leader
The reason everyone questions the lack of leadership is because there is none at headcoach
where is Raph's post
about all the haters coming out of the woodwork?
LOL we should trow Brad Johnson into the game with the second stringers.....
as punishment for that St. Louis game

I don't mind Pacman,
not emphasizing special teams, and using an exuse like “we over practiced that coverage play, that’s why it broke down” is unacceptable
and so is not cutting BJ
This year's additions would have been ok
with a disciplinarian. Somebody who forced the receivers to run precise routes and for the corners (like pacman) to use proper technique.
and ware still doesn't have more than 20sacks
no pressure this game on McNabb, not that it would have helped much
we miss all the assistant coaches from Parcells years
Sparano, Payton, to name a few
Pacman you suck
roy williams and yourself look really thuggish with big long white gloves!! keep pimpin’ pimpin!
by DieSlowKeyshawn on Dec 28, 2008 5:47 PM CST reply actions
Bright spots
Good young CBs.
Good young RBs.
I think Romo is fine, needs some better coaches and some better schemes to take advandage of his skills.
WR’s are good.
What else?
Pacman looks fat to me
He needs to drop 20 pounds to get back to his Tennessee weight.
Jerry interviewed Sparano for HC too...
anyone other than me wish we could go back two years and hire him instead of Wade?
If I could turn back time
if I could find a way

todd haley
offensive coodinator of Cards, knows our personel, will not accept medicority from certain prima donas on our team now, he used to be our WR coach
Romeo Crenel maybe, of the Browns to do our D
However, regardless of Raph's inevitable level headed post tomorrow
if you think the core of this team is going to win anything you are fool.
i thought maybe
but I hate giving in to worry

Huge Problem
We’re stuck with this team for a few years to come.
New extensions/signings(long term) since the ’07 season..
Romo
TO
Roy E Williams
Marion Barber
Flozell
Marc Colombo
Leonard Davis
Patrick Crayton
Terence Newman
Ken Hamlin
J. Ratliff
Not all are bad extensions/signings, but that is alot of money tied to a NON-PLAYOFF 9-7 football team.
Smaller signings:
Z. Thomas
Adam Jones
Oh Yeah, we don’t have a 1st round pick in the draft.
Enjoy the long off season. Once this game ends, I personally will not look at another piece of Cowboys news until I turn into the 2ND round of the draft in April.

I've been out of town and boy, am I glad!
I finally got to see the score after getting a chance to hop on a computer. LOL I haven’t missed anything. In fact I’ve been spared the pain of watching this sorry team get its butt kicked!
he's not the only one
it just no leadership. Your ship just wanders with out a rutter, no matter how good the sails are

The coach doesn't matter when you've got a guy like TO (and now add "Pacman" to the mix) in the lockerroom!
NO ONE could “Lead” this team, even Parcells, which is why he told Jerry “TO or me”, then left.
Why do we draft for “Character” then sign these prima donna free agents?? I don’t get it. It’s not baseball, Jerry, you can’t “Buy” a championship, they have to actually work together on the field.
And it doesn’t even work very often in baseball either.
Winning in the NFL takes heart/desire/teamwork. If we cut Owens and Pacman we have a chance next year, if not, it’ll be the same thing.
He's a baby

Addition by subtraction if we get rid of a couple of guys.
Then the coaches can actually coach and lead, and not have to worry about certain players’ egos.
Keep the same guys but give them football players
instead of man-children who need to have personal bodyguards to keep them out of trouble.

You think he likes opening his wonderland on a game like this??? If he’s not careful they might bet BLACKED out for the 1st game.
Can't win the big one.
That’s what they used to say about Tom Landry too. I think there is a lot of talent on this team. With better preparation and better execution and some planning for contingencies like maybe we need a back up QB and this is a very different team.
HARD KNOCKS CURSE!!!
no one that was featured on hard knocks ever made the playoffs!!

The Six P's
Proper Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance
each offseason I have been able to poin the finger at a few problems that need to be fixed for the consecutive season…(ex: new safety, new qb, new this/that…) Can we even do that anymore? This seaons can’t be blamed on upgrading a few positions….I dont even know where to start as to what attributed to the downfall of this season…
Not the samething, the eagles aren't going to the superbowl
or even the nfc championship, the eagles are barely making the playoffs, and the cowboy’s got slaughtered
guys guys
don’t you know it doesn’t matter…Jerry got his team on tv got the ratings and everything is glorious!
we need a real training camp
and hey I’m wondering about supposed best in biz Juraseck too. Everyone is availble to be fired
we either need better execution, or more executions
Miami goes from 1-15 to AFC east division champions
all with a bunch of cowboy spares, a QB that doesn’t turn the ball over, leads the league in least amount of turnovers for the season… Simple game when you do the right things
What should fire Phillips
Is if the Cowboys finish dead last in the NFC East, because the Redskins could still win their game.
Seattle, the world's worst sports city.
Funny...Mcnabb is explaining rules to an official...
Guess Pigs can fly after all
break my heart again...
whats funny is that we’re all gonna get our heart broken again next season…spending countless hours reading blogs, wathcing/reading espn, nfl.com, etc….then we will spend 4 hours a sunday watching the cowboys only to let us down at the end of the season…we have been burned again, and we love the cowboys too much to do the right thing and just not watch or support this abomination (lately) of an organization
well it has been like 4 straight winning seasons
we know on some level they’ve been headed in the right direction

oh hey the nfc east went 1-3 this week
cool, and those choker giants went 1-3 for December, we’re as good as them!
except
the Giants were 11-1, the Cowboys were 8-4. Big difference. And can you really call the defending champs “chokers?”
Please don't get to carried away from the 2 main problems
1. Romo
2. Wade
This is not a kneejerk.

romo is workable
hes not going anywhere. He needs to get his head out of his a$$ tho and play some better ball
I used to think that.
I watched every pass play this year over and over this week. Watching only Romo and the reeds and WR routes. Great athlete, not a NFL QB. I know that is crazy but we needs to accept it now. I know we are paying him a lot, but we need to still work on a QB for 2 or 3 years from now.

wade is full of it…fire his ass…he needs to blame himself, and blame the players, an call himself and players out…
don't want him unless he's bringing his coach
