A Gutless, Brainless, Soulless Team
I didn't think the pain of last week's game against the Ravens could be duplicated this week. How naive I was. And how deeply I hate this Cowboys team that just disgraced the uniforms they were wearing today.
It's hard to discern anything positive after today's loss, besides the fact that Jerry will DEFINITELY have to do some serious reorganizing in the off season. No more Wade, maybe no more Garrett, definitely no more T.O., Pacman or Tank Johnson. What player not named Witten or Choice even showed up to play?
Wade Phillips couldn't motivate a person on fire to jump in a river. If he wants to be an assistant in a new regime, consider it. Jason Garrett is no more ready to coach than me. Brian Stewart should find a new field in which to work.
Tony Romo is the kind of guy you'd love to have a beer with. But he just isn't the answer right now. I've never seen a quarterback with such a weak psyche not named Vince Young. Down two touchdowns, he sat by himself on the bench, sulking like a little girl. What a leader. Meanwhile, our ghetto fabulous wide receivers chive each other and curse him from across the sidelines. Could ANY COACH show some balls and stop that kind of high school behavior? Not on Wade's watch.
This was an unlucky season, to be sure. We lost too many players to play to our full abilities, but showed absolutely no fight when things got tough. There is no leadership from the top down.
The real solution for a Cowboys Super Bowl: Jerry Jones admitting his incompetence and hiring a real GM. He's great at hoarding draft picks, but the team he's put together is gutless, brainless, and soulless. I know that won't happen, though, and the biggest team in professional sports will descend further into embarassment.

Answer me this
Why do we need to get rid of TO, Pacman or Tank? If you have issues with the way Pacman or Tank has played this year, i’ll accept your opinion, but TO and Tank have done nothing since joining the cowboys to warrant being labbelled’ troublemakers’ or ‘cancers’.
On Romo, people have been attacking him for not showing enough emotion when things go his way, now when he is visibly upset by a loss that is the wrong reaction to? What do you want him to do? And what do you know about what the WR were talking about on the sidelines? Because unless you’re secretly T.O. R.W. or Crayton I didnt see you there.
And finally on Jerry needing to hire a ‘real’ GM. JJ has built a talented team that should be successful. If they are “gutless, brainless and soulless” that is on the coaches not the GM

While there's debate on the "Troublemaker" tag
You can’t deny he’s been a distraction with two interviews with Deion complaining about the scheme and number of throws, questioned his throws after the Skins game, and meeting behind his QB’s back about Witten (Yes, I believe Werner, because 1) Owens has a history of doing such and 2) Instead of working it out with the team he divided them and trashed the reporter publicly. Guilty people usually pull this “Bully” tactic, see: Clemens, Roger).

Production
TO is a headcase. He is a cancer.
Pacman is a thug who should be in prison.
Tank is a subpar NFL player who did nothing Sunday but run his mouth on the sideline.
I stand by my Romo comment. He’s not the answer.
JJ hired a team full of talented players, but there is no unity and no team concept.

Unless...
Jerry has the Kahuna’s to admit mistake and fess up to doing something about our Offensive ineptness, nothing will change next year. On the order of what kind of business is at hand? Having the courage to do these things….
1. Draft offensive lineman to give depth and a pssible future starter. Without it we will continue to watch Flozell get worse and Proctor continue to be schooled.
2. Jason Garrett- How could all of us be so fooled? The offensive talent we have gave him the name of “Boy genious”, but was it really deserved? Please get a veteran offensive coordinator in here, will ya Jerry?
3. Safety- Please trade for a veteran free safety AND draft one. no more Roy Williams please. You could just make Keith Davis the starter, and get a nice back-up for him, but get some sort of free safety please.
4. Romo- we have to become a run oriented offense, not pass oriented. This is not on Romo, but JG of course. While JG is here, it will never happen, but it needs to happen. I really wanted us to get Micheal Bush at RB so we could have a little bit of a power running game, but he got picked up by Oakland in that draft rather than us. Barber will not last at his current pace being the powerback we need. One must be drafted early in the draft to compliment Choice, because even Felix is not an every down back like Tashard. We need a big bruiser with speed.
5. Can Jerry realize these kind of fixes and do something about them? At least trying to get Dom Capers to fire up the team would be good. Don’t let him rot up there in New England.

Have to disagree about the backs...
When healthy I really like the 3 backs we already have. I think you’ll see them more evenly split the carries next year.

Motivation
Professionals should not need a lot of rah-rah crap to get them motivated. It comes from inside and by now they either have it or they don’t. If you need a coach to get you to play hard, you will always be a loser.
