Cowboys re-sign cornerback
The Cowboys re-signed Evan Oglesby. At least we’re getting some cornerbacks under contract. But the draft is still the key to our cornerback future.
The Cowboys lost two backup cornerbacks to free agency in the last two weeks but retained another Monday, re-signing exclusive rights free agent Evan Oglesby to a one-year, $520,000 contract.

Nick Eatman checks in on the state of our outside linebackers. The prognosis is good.

Our own Tuna Helper has his first post up on the New York Times blog, The Fifth Down. Plus, he reveals his secret identity.

Evan Oglesby
I vaguely remember Oglesby running down on special teams but I don't recall him ever being in a game on defense. They must think something of him, at least enough to resign him for another year.
