Another helping of Chris Johnson
While I continue my journey to convince the cowboy's faithful that Chris Johnson is the perfect fit for our offense and a nice bonus in the return game, earlier this morning I stumbled across his NFL combine overview and analysis. If you haven't checked it out please do, let me know what concerns you still have.

Chris Johnson isn't worthy of the first round
selection, he's a track guy. He'll be lucky to be drafted in the second round.

no Deke, he will be drafted in the 2nd rd
you can take that to the bank. A team like Indy would jump all over him really quick.

He's got to change his name to travis

#22 is too high for Johnson, although
I really like him and would love for the Cowboys to draft him if they don't select one of the studs in the 1st.
Johnson clearly has 2nd rd talent, but he is not a 1st, sorry Staggoolee, I don't care if he ran a 4.0 flat at the combine. He simply isn't physical or tough enough. If I'm selecting a RB in the first rd, he better be able to take it inside on ocassion. I see Johnson as a space guy, awesome in the open field, but not a tough runner.
I think he'd be a great change of pace to MB3, but #22 or even #28 is too high. If he would slide down to #61 and we didn't select a RB in the 1st, I'd jump all over him, but #22, no, doesn't present good value at that point in the draft.

Take a CB
The pick has to be CB. I think Felix Jones will still be there at our next pick.

If those are my only choices???
I have to put DRC tops...we need a CB more than RB....If DRC is gone, then my boy Felix Jones it is..

Chris Johnson will not go in the 1st
There are a lot of RB's who can run fast and not much else. We've had one on the roster for 3 yrs now named Tyson Thompson, and he went undrafted. Chris Johnson might be a bit better, but no way is he worth a 1st round pick, especially at #22.
