Ocho Cinco at it again.....wooo hooo

OK....I am certainly on board with Jerry dangling our #28 pick to aquire a Pro Bowl quality WR to set up opposite Terrell Owens. This would surely make our offense the most explosive in the league, if not one of the best of all time.

Imagine:
QB-Tony Romo
TE-Jason Witten
WR-Terrell Owens
WR-Chad Johnson
RB-Marion Barber III
RB-(Rookie) ...umm..Felix Jones

ALL on the field at the same time....

to be honest....gives me a warm fuzzy feeling just thinking about it.

According the the NFL Network & ESPN.....Chad has no plans of ever playing in Cincy again...period...AND this time...He sure damn well means it.

I don't care what Cincy sez...They HAVE to trade him...IF they don't...He'll simply sit out..He's loaded. He doesn't care...IF he's able to pay back some signing bonus money to get out..I am sure he would....Cincy would be complete fools to allow this to continue to stir....Cap hit or not....You must take a first (#28), and whatever else you can get....from us...Ayodele, Carpenter, Spears, Roy Williams, Crayton, Hurd, Austin, Kosier, Columbo, Fasano, or Henry.......

Whatever it takes...

I think Chad Johnson on talent alone is one of the top 3 WR's in the league...and better than Roy Williams and Aquan Boldin...and a perfect deep threat complement to TO.....and they are best of friends...

CHAD SAYS HE WON'T BE IN CINCINNATI
Posted by Michael David Smith on April 16, 2008, 3:17 p.m.
Bengals quarterback Carson Palmer told reporters today that wide receiver Chad Johnson, who is currently skipping voluntary workouts, will be there when mandatory practices begin.

That's news to Johnson.

Adam Schefter of NFL Network and John Clayton of ESPN both reported today that Johnson responded angrily to Palmer's comments.

"I'm not sure where Carson got his information from, but I know I didn't assure him of anything," Johnson said.  "I wish he'd stay out of this.  He's taking how I'm feeling as a joke because I think everyone else in the organization is doing the same."

Wow.  Johnson hasn't made any secret that he isn't happy in Cincinnati, but those are some of the strongest comments he's made about the situation.  And he wasn't done there.

Schefter reports that Johnson also said, "I will not be at any mandatory camp.  I will not be at training camp. I will not be anywhere in Cincinnati. . . .  This is not a joke.  I really don't want to play for the Bengals.  Period."

Forget the question of whether Johnson will be with the Bengals on the first day of training camp. The real question right now is whether Johnson will still be with the Bengals on the first day of the draft.
