That's the article. You tell me now, one less person in the hunt for McFadden? Does this even change their draft strategy? You tell me, that's the topc, converse amongst yourselves :D

Baltimore was never in the hunt for McFadden
this really changes nothing as far as the Ravens are concerned, they were going to draft Ryan at #8 if he was there regardless.

Mcnair or no Mcnair
they were drafting a QB from the start. All the top QB's have been in for visits over the last several weeks. I don't think DMAC was ever a consideration.

I could see
the Ravens trying to move up a couple spots to grab Ryan though, instead of just holding tight at #8. The QB spot is a little more important now that Steve is gone. If they move up to ensure someone does jump in front of them to take Ryan it could mean McFadden lasts a couple more spots, thus enticing Jerry to trade the farm for him. Say the Ravens now jump to #4 with the Raiders to take Ryan. McFadden is there at #7 for the Cheatriots, I could see #22 and #28 for the chance to take DMac. Just my humble opinion.

Jerry will not trade up in the top 10
its too cost prohibitive.

IF you stay there.....
If you'd listen to trade scenarios.....you'd see how we can get up in the top 10, then trade down....and make out like bavdits...

what happens if you can't trade out
there are no guarantees in that regard boyz, no guarantees at all, which is why Jerry won't do it.
