That’s definitely him in the picture, but he’s far away enough that he simply could have been in that area by coincidence. He could have been shopping at whatever stores happen to be in that area, visiting a bar, or whatever….

Or it could be that he’s a Bangbros fan and wanted to make a short cameo in the beginning of the video (before the action gets going). Who knows? :P

Take a look at his head and his right shoulder and how they merge with the background. Looks fake to me.
