Madden 09 Rankings out!

I'm pretty stoked guys - madden '09 Team rankings are out!

Cowboys got 2nd highest at 96 overall

link: Madden '09 Ranks

Quick Hits:

Romo - 94

Barber - 93

DWare - 98 !! (finally higher than cheating @$$ Merriboy)

O-line - 93.x Average!

Roy Williams - 88

This can't come soon enough.  I was really getting sick and tired of being rated a little bit lower than our talent base reflected.  I truly think the madden team finally got it right with this one.

By the way - this is my first post on this new format.  I really like the site Grizz.

So a NE-DAL superbowl isn't too far off?

I hope this will make ESPN’s Madden Simulation much less “entertaining” than last year. I think it had us eventually going 8-8 or something. I just seem to remember the games it said we’d lose, so I might be biased.

Barber at 93?

I love the guy but that is a little high. I am ready for some football.

Nice

Thanks for posting this. Anyone got a direct link to the Boys’ D? The site won’t let me load it.

BTW, for anyone that saw my post on my sims, a little update. So, after downloading the latest rosters in Madden 08 and creating the rookies and Pacman (and making other existing player transactions for the other teams, but not creating their rookies), I simmed a season and Ratliff, with his 84 overall rating, had 12 sacks and won D-lineman of the year. Well, I simmed a second season, and Ratliff did it again, this time with 20 (!!) sacks. Newman was D-POY, Barber O-POY, and Romo MVP. I’m surprised how good the team is when simming, but they just crush everyone.

Sweet

I can’t wait for the game. I can’t wait for the season.

Ugh, let’s play some football.

My popcorn's ready!

some of those rankings are wacked...Felix Jones an 80 rating ????

I don’t think so…..Pacman not even on the Dallas roster ??...I hope they have the ability to adjust this crap….

A true diehard Cowboys fan since 1975.

"If you don’t take him off the field as a coach, he will just about die out there," Jerry Jones said. "That impacted my decision. It’s a Michael Irvin-type work ethic. That’s what we are talking about with Felix Jones."

whats the problem?

Jones is a rookie and PacRat isn’t on our roster until reinstated during the regular season.

In Romo we Trust
