Sources: Terrell Owens agrees to multi-year deal

More big news from the Ranch today. T.O. is locked up as a Cowboy.

The Dallas Cowboys and the veteran receiver agreed to a four-year deal on Monday through 2011, according to two sources.

Waiting to see what the numbers are.  ESPN says it's a 4-year deal worth $34 million and $13 million guaranteed.

Hat tip to BoyzRback for the post.

what a day!!!

The Pacman news just brought a smile to my face, and knowing TO will be wearing the star – and that he’s actually become a leader in the locker room – makes for a nice start to June.

Cowboys are looking like the team to beat.

Yahoo!!! But...

Not that I’m not happy about this (I actually am very happy about this), but why would we sign TO to a new deal with Hamlin and Canty still to get done?

He's definitely gonna blow up the locker room now

Definitely. He’s going to blow it up. Definitely.

I’m an excellent driver. Excellent driver.

LOL +1

Dunk, I was one of the nay-sayers… having lived within range of the Phily media market, I witnessed the destruction he left behind there, and to be honest, have been VERY PLEASANTLY surprised by TOs maturation here in BIG D.

It’s gotta just drive Philly fans absolutely insane for them to see a completely different TO … a guy that is not only productive on the field, but a true leader among teammates. Insane, i tell ya.

I wish I could credit the organization for all of it

They did a great job embracing him. And there was no QB to try to compete ego-a- ego against Owens. But probably a lot of this was Owens getting a look at how people saw him and deciding he didn’t want to be remembered as a high-maintenance team buster, but as a HOF WR…

Hell Yes

The Podperson will retire a Cowboy and shall forever be remembered for his exploits in his city above all others.
I love Jerry.
