The Cowboys have a four-year agreement in place with linebacker Erik Waldem the team's fourth-round pick.
Roster spot: Do the Cowboys keep four outside linebackers? Well, we know the first three - DeMarcus Ware, Greg Ellis, Anthony Spencer. Justin Rogers was a solid waiver pickup from New England and developed into a good special teamer. Plus, there's always the chance Bobby Carpenter could see some time at outside linebacker. Walden will be in competition with Rogers and Tearrius George for one of the last LB slots. If he proves he can rush the passer, his chances improve. Teams don't let pass rushers go.

Walden was actually a six round pick, Glad to see even Todd Archer makes mistakes. Draft picks Signings should start to come fast and furious.... two down, four to go..
