Earthquake at Training Camp
There has been a "moderate" earthquake in Southern California that registered a 5.8 on the Ricter scale. The earthquake originated in Chino, CA, roughly 100 miles east of Oxnard, where the Cowboys training camp is being held.
So far the reports are that it was definitely felt at the Cowboys training camp but no significant damage has been reported.
Tim MacMahon reports that while everyone was concerned all of the Cowboys are fine.
I am sure Grizz is ok as well. Hopefully he checks in and let's us know. If not, I will see if I can contact him and make sure.
Practice is scheduled to start at 5:30 PM EST.

being a cali dude...
i sleep through most earthquakes. anything under 7 is not a big thing to me. people can still get hurt though and damage can still be done. let’s hope none of that happened.
i would’ve paid big money to see all the east coast media guys there who aren’t used to earthquakes. :)

Hey, yes there was an earthquake
Shango and I had just gotten into the car and started it up, when it started shaking. At first we thought something was wrong with the car, then when the shaking got stronger, we thought maybe the wind was blowing real hard, but then we could see that it wasn’t. When it stopped, we just drove off wondering to each other what that was all about. Someone called us minutes later and told us it was an earthquake.
It really wasn’t that bad, nothing like the one i experienced while living in Seattle at the beginning of this decade.
