Wade Phillips Really Gets It
Jean Jacques Taylor of DMN really hit the nail on the head with this article about Bill Parcells never inviting former Cowboys to training camp, instead bringing in ex-Giants as "advisors". Wade seems to have a better feel for what his team needs from a mental perspective and having former players (Cowboys, that is) with multiple Super Bowls under their belt giving the benefit of their own experiences to the rookies and younger players. Can you imagine what it would be like to have the Playmaker giving you tips and tricks? Wow!

the right idea
our former superstars are way more impressive those other guys, they truly have our best interest in mind when advising & sharing info. with the team.
Good move Coach!
seriously....Grizz...can you please ban this piece of crap "pint glass"
The fact that you banned a diehard Cowboys fan like “Arkcowboys”, and we are continuously harrassed by, and have to endure this good for nothing Giants fan is a misjustice. He offers absolutely NOTHING worthy of reading, and quite frankly, I and i’m sure 100’s or 1000’s of other daily readers of BTB are just fed up with his nonsense and infantile dribble.
I’d like to petition all Cowboys fans to vote for the permanant removal of this garbage band wagon Jint fan from accessing this website.

just ignore him. he just has a secret love affair with the cowboys that he just cant bring himself to admit
lol-now that is funny.

Yeah, there are probably skid marks and...uh... "man" stains all over that attire.
Sounds like a perfect way to decorate Giants attire.

We live in a great country where the mentally challenged are given quarter, although I hate to insult the mentally challenged by including him (it) with them.
Candy is dandy but sex won't rot your teeth.
You guys are all babies..
In my posts, i dont ever curse or insult people. Im just having fun, there is no reason to ban me other than the fact that you dont want a G-men fan in here and that y’all cowboy fans just want to kiss eachothers buns and talk about how great dallas is. It would be nothing short of a tremendous injustice to ban the Pint Glass because I simply cannot be replaced. Have a good day.

I don't think people would be opposed to your presence
if you actually contributed anything. I don’t mind other team’s fans posting in here if they have insightful football input. I’m quite aware that there are other good teams with good players. What I can’t tolerate though is someone who just runs their mouth to get things started, and makes no intelligent debate. I imagine I speak for most of the people on here in that sense.

Quality debate and insight is always accepted, but just hating isn’t needed..
I think a different prospective is good..

You need to stop being the baby and picking fights.
The whole “can’t win a playoff” thing is such a general comment. The topics here are far more advanced than the ignorance you post.
It’s cool to have a Giants fan in here, as we have Skins and Eagles fans too. But they contribute to discussion about the UPCOMING season. They may argue and debate, but that’s what fandom is about. You may want to find a woman’s Cowboys blogger if you’re just going to post things to get a rise out of people. Men don’t do that.

+6......I welcome all opposing team fans to join us in discussions....
yet PINT GLASS has yet to discuss ANYTHING…...merely talking crap, with no substance what so ever….having won a playoff game in 12 years ? ....yet the only Super Bowl the Giants ever won on their own merits of being the better team, and actually outplayed their opponent was in 1986 ?????
1990- thank you cards are mailed out to Scott Norwood every year since missing a late game clinching chip shot 46 yard field goal that was lined up perfectly and completed over 95%. during your pro bowl laden career.
2008- thank you Asante Samuels for dropping a sure fire, late game clinching INT that was lobbed to you, and hit you squarely on both hands that I’d personally haul in 100% of the time.
talk about proud super bowl victories…....oh….btw…..both previous SB victories by the GIants were followed with a below .500, out of the playoffs fiasco of a season…look for that to remain the only consistant thing going with the G-Men.

C'mon now..
The G-men were equals of all opponents they played in the super bowl. 86 dominated, 1990 held the ball 40 min to 20 min in the game and had a ferocious D, 2007 played equally with the Pats twice (the same team who absolutely destroyed the cowgirls in dallas) and got the third ring. Maybe if samuel wasnt as short as my girlfriend he might have caught the ball. So before you start running your trap about how mediocre the g-men are, look up some stats and history.
"the" pint glass
Listen to yourself Terry, you sound like a boob...
The 2007 giants proved yet again that a team that has great stats, goes 13-3 and gets home field doesnt always win the super bowl. ITS WHAT YOU DO DURING THE PLAYOFFS, DUH. I’d rather be “one of the worst SB teams ever” as you say, then the “supposed best team in the nfc losing yet again in the first round.” Plus it was the greatest super bowl in history watched by the most people ever. 18-1 not because of dallas, but because of the NY football giants baby.
"the" pint glass
It was a great superbowl
and I was a rooting for the Giants.
I am a Cowboy fan first and a football fan second, that was good football.
Why would you want to come here and ruin that?
Cuz that's what he does.
Pint gets off on saying stupid stuff. We shouldn’t feel bad. I noticed he does the same thing on the Eagles site and they don’t like him there either.

that's because all the other fair weather bandwagon Giants fans don't come out till they string together three playoff upsets in a row....
then they just become the most annoying, beligerant, shit for brains idiots this planet has ever seen….believe me…...growing up in CT I’ve ran across quite a few of these fair weather pricks…..a 3-5 start should shut ‘em all up for another 18 years till they win their next title.
