Can you believe that Owens cried after playoff loss to G-Men?

I thought it was one of the funniest things i've ever seen. Big bad TO who mocks opposing players/teams, who mocks fans, who always wants to be the center of attention, being reduced to tears and saying silly things such as "thats my quarterback man." So here is my question to blogging the boys: Does it make Owens more of a man to dallas fans because he showed his feminine side? (See my default pic)

he stood up for his QB

rather have that than a lot of other alternatives….......who’s gonna cry when the G-men don’t win the division and might not make the playoffs?

just let this season speak for itself, you’re very scared which is why you’re doing this….you know you’re not going to be able to talk trash before long

I Can Think of a Better Poll

Let’s guess your age. I’m guessing about 15. Am I right?

Any other guesses?

I'm going with 13

Really pathetic. He doesn’t even understand that we are laughing at his ridiculous attempts to stir up a serious debate. I love it.

What's Really Sad

Is that Cowboys fans who should know better are arguing with him. He’s not worth dignifying with a reply.

I hear you

Everytime you come up with a quality response, he stops talking about that, and moves on to something else..

What I can’t believe is that Giants fans actually think that they have a better team than us. It wasn’t like they won the SB because they were the best team, they just kind of stumbled on to it.

by Mandmeisterx on Jul 7, 2008 8:33 PM CDT reply actions

woah...

i hate the Giants as much as you do, but PLEASE…. stop it with the “we were really better than you” BS… NO YOU WEREN’T. They beat you. Thats why the game is played. Noone has ever won a superbowl on paper.

And i dont think its a fair to say they stumbled on it. The beat the two “best” teams in the NFC and beat a team that hadnt lost all year…

I’d say that earns them the title of BEST TEAM

Also… TO looked like a baby. Period.

Crazy how the giants fans aren’t fair weather enough to post on there own site even after they win the super bowl, forcing this clown to come on to our site, and talk of out his a$$.

yeah, Giants fans are foreign to the concept

of players actually loving their QB, they’ve only seen hate if you don’t count the aberration that was the 4 game playoff run.

you guys crack me up...

i love how y’all have a feminine side like owens does. and btw, its not a big deal that the g-men have a lame blog. that is by now means a representation of the g-men fan base. just look at the 3 + million people that went to the super bowl parade.

by pint glass on Jul 8, 2008 4:04 PM CDT reply actions

yeah

those 3million people were heading to work and probably p-o that these “giants” were blocking traffic. NYC is a baseball town not a football town dont kid yourself they care so much about football its in another state

What the French?! Toast!

by thebigham on Jul 8, 2008 4:35 PM CDT up reply actions

baseball town my rear end...

baseball is a slow, boring, stupid game where the players are drastically overpaid. If NY is such a baseball town as you say, then why is there like a 30 year waiting list for g-men season tickets? You tube giant parade videos if you think people were just heading to work, although you might cry like TO.

by pint glass on Jul 8, 2008 8:35 PM CDT up reply actions

I live in NYC

and it is a baseball town, period. I saw plenty of people celebrating in the streets when the Giants won, and they have fans and all, but it’s a baseball town. Trust me when I say it’s not like Dallas when it comes to the relative attention each sport receives. I’ve lived in both places.

by grapejoos on Jul 9, 2008 1:31 AM CDT up reply actions

yes im sure thats an accurate number

i guess all 3 million of them signed the guest book. dont you realize half of those people were probably walking around the city and happened to stop by when they saw michael strahan go by on a float? and by the way why would u even post this, TO cried like 7 months ago. go get a life, and ur baby teeth out

by ctrain7379 on Jul 8, 2008 4:59 PM CDT up reply actions

Exactly, the Giants have

We have more people on our blog because our fans are fans year round. Not just when we bump into the four fans at the superbowl parade while checking stock prices on our blackberry and causing a human traffic jam. ir were akk those people just in line to see the Lion King when Letterman was passing out free toilet seat protectors with giants logos on them?

Come on 700

I have seen your postings and know you are a smart guy so you must just be trying to stir the pot. How can an eagles fan talk smack on a cowboys site about postseason victories?

If you are proud that the defining moment of your soon to end window of opportunity is your QB blowing chunks during the longest two minute drill ever then that’s your business but seriously, you are better than this.

by Billito on Jul 9, 2008 6:15 PM CDT up reply actions

I’d say the window is barely opened now. Killadelphia fans are used to disappointment. It’s been ingrained in their collective psyche through years of repetition.

by APerfectStar on Jul 9, 2008 8:30 PM CDT up reply actions

Why do you guys always side step the 11 years point?

If you want me to get off your board, i can do that. Nothing worse than an idiot in a forum that everyone hates… a la the guy who started this thread.

My only reason for posting on here in the first place is that I think you all are insane in your support of TO. Believe me, we were the same way at one point. But just because he wears your jersey doesnt make the guy a saint. The one nice thing the Cowboys have going for them is that they aquired TO at a rock bottom place where he had NO option but to be a model citizen. But i still think the guy is a selfish idiot.

Billito, Until Dallas wins A PLAYOFF game in the current decade, I’ll talk about playoff victories. I mean, there are Cowboy fans who have graduated High School this year and havent seen a playoff win since Kindergarten.

Thats why I can talk about it. And at this point you might as well equate the 90’s era superbowls with our championships of the sixities. You’ll probably find them under the “WHO CARES” file.

Concretefield can suck it

by 700 Level on Jul 10, 2008 7:14 AM CDT reply actions

because it doesn't mean anything

so what we haven’t won a playoff game in 11 years, you’re forgetting we absolutely stunk for several years after the triplets retired and before Parcells arrived. There are only a couple players left from those dark days, this team really was created from 2003, not 11 years ago.

If you want to throw that history in our face then we’ll throw our 5 titles to your 0 titles in your face as well, but the only thing that matters is this season. What has happened in the past means absolutely nothing.

In Romo we Trust

by Terry on Jul 10, 2008 7:22 AM CDT up reply actions

oh look....

the eagles fan comes out of hiding. Yo buddy, until your team wins something, stop flapping your gums. I find it hard to believe that you didnt think this post was at all funny, since TO basically did a bird poop right on mcnabb and eagles fans. and btw, Dallas has won 5 superbowls to philly’s ummmm 0 so get a clue.

So...If You Believe the Past Doesn't Matter

Why bring up Dallas’ playoff history the last decade or so? So which is it? Does the past matter, or not?

You can’t have it both ways.

by kindablue on Jul 10, 2008 7:31 PM CDT up reply actions

btw

dawkins is washed, philly has no receivers and no offensive tackles. they will be the doormat of the division.

Hey pint glass, way to get yourself banned from our board

you stupid troll. Call us out, make fun of the eagles… do whatever you want, but if you cant atleast post something interesting that make sense, dont waste our time.

as the division will be tough as usual i think the redskins and giants wont be in contention like they were last year. Eagles only if mcnabb and westbrook can stay healthy. Its really cowboys division to lose.

you all are babies

go cry me a river. whats wrong, you cant handle a little debate? booo hooo lets ignore pint glass because he isnt kissing our buns and his team won the biggest bowl in history. and a post that makes sense? the eagles having no WR’s makes total sense to me, you weiner. and btw, i thought philly fans were supposed to be the toughest and most thick skinned fans in the league. obviously by “banning” me you again proved that philly fans are nothing but bitter crybabies cuz your team hasnt won jack. i know cuz i go to school in PA and all you eagle fans are the same.
