2 TE Offense Anyone?

Think about it, I hope Garrett is! Witten on one side and Bennett on the other its the answer to the WR woes, at least till they get back. Don't need anymore WR that are not already on the team, they don't have the time to learn the O before the injured guys come back anyway. A 2 TE offense with these 2 would be scary! 1st, 2nd and 3rd down are we running or are we passing? Add in Barber and / or F. Jones in the back field who can both run and catch. Plus, it may help with the loss of Kosier to have that extra bocker at time on both sides.  Well, I think its a no brainer!  Jason are you reading this?

I think the offense

will feature a variety of looks, both with a FB and 1 TE, and no FB and 2TEs on the line. I think Barber runs well outta the 2 TE, but Cricket is fun to watch.

That #38 sure should wrap up!

It's the formation that i'd feature.......

"If you don’t take him off the field as a coach, he will just about die out there," Jerry Jones said. "That impacted my decision. It’s a Michael Irvin-type work ethic. That’s what we are talking about with Felix Jones."

Options are endless...

I can see Bennett creating coverage mismatches as much as Felix.

Don't forget about Tony Curtis

He has been seeing more time with the first team than Bennett. I think I like Bennett more than most, but Curtis probably has a better blocking/catching combo right now. That will surely change in the future, but I’d think Curtis will play a bigger role in the early season than Bennett.

3 TEs

They actually had all 3 TE on the field in some formations against the Texans, including I think on the endzone interception. They had Anderson and Barber plus the 3 TEs. That is one power set. (It one didn’t work out so well on that plays, but hey).

I believe that all three of Tony Curtis’ catches/touchdowns last season were out of 3-TE sets.

So don’t just stop at 2 TEs! Throw in a third TE along with the fullback for superpower!

which is why i believe they'll keep 4 TE's....cuz that 3 TE set near the goal line is going to be dominant...

Sure makes it tough to defend 8-10 different running lanes…

Fresno state used to run

the T heavy with 3 players behind the QB.. I would love to us role that out around the goalline. It was guaranteed TD back in the day.. Cricket, Bennett, and barber behind them both..

TE's

No need for a veteran receiver when you can throw bennett or witten into the slot on occasion. I’d love to see a formation with T.O. wide right, Crayton wide left, witten at the right slot, Bennett right TE spot with barber or jones beside romo in the shot gun. If they haven’t done it already.
