Here’s a related story to this video. Shango and I spent hours and hours in the car driving to and from practice. We listened to some sports radio, but it was Brett Favre or Manny Ramirez talk all the time out there in L.A. So we’d listen to music, and Three 6 Mafia’s Lolli Lolli (Pop That Body) was all over the radio, it became the unofficial theme music of training camp for us. It was this year’s Soulja Boy for Grizz and Shango.

But I don’t think they can top this song that pretty much put them on the map…. sorta

it was this song that kinda blew them up. i was in college at the time in the south and whenever they played this song in the club a near riot would ensue. good times man.
but sippin’ on some syrup was tight tho. gotta love UGK. even though i’m from cali I was born in texas so i feel like i can claim texas. if your from texas, and you like hip-hop, it’s hard, IMO, not to like UGK. especially pimp C. RIP.
