Well our first team O and D
were very impressive. A lot of rookie mistakes but that is expected for the first preseason game. I sure hope we pick up a backup QB because Johnson just sucks. He has some zip on short passes but no arm at all. Waiver wire here we come!

and the last one could have been at least partly the fault of the receiver (not sure who that was that the “miscommunication” was with)

just remember, this is the second team QB and O-line. In any real situation only one or two of them would be in…
It really doesn't matter in the end
The backups will be coming in 1 or 2 at a time, not as a unit…it’s the individual play we need to worry about
who cares about the score
its about getting a look at the players and see how they perform in certain situations

they weren’t doing that much in the second quarter, or when they did, they dropped the ball

- First want to get look at 1st team, and they looked good
- Rest of game is about getting look at guys you haven’t seen play before
- Coleman and Scandrick chance; Felix Jones and Adam Jones are returners, “you won’t see them tonight”
- Impressed with Felix Jones and Mike Jenkins

Jamie Dukes loves us, but....
I’m thinking Jacques Reeves’ coverage at the end of the first half, Crayton’s drop, and T.O. playing on 1 leg had more to do with the loss than Romo
