Ray Lewis...
He may not be the same player he was a few seasons ago and I could be wrong with that, but he is INTENSE. And he preaches accountability on defense. Would be nice to have that kind of player on Dallas’ defense.

Aggressive Defense
Hopefully Brian Stewart is watching this game and can learn a thing or two about aggressive defensive schemes

Seriously...
I know it is beating a dead horse, but I lost a lot of confidence in the coaching staff yesterday. Not knee-jerking because of the loss.
However, the game yesterday reminded me a lot of the playoff loss, where the Cowboys couldn’t get off the field on defense and the opponent was able to use that as a defense against the Boys offense.
And that 12 men on the field…unbelievable

+1
I have never been sold on Stewart, but figure he deserved the benefit of the doubt since this was only the 2nd year of this system and the secondary was upgraded.
After yesterday, I have lost a lot of confidence in Stewart. One game does not a trend make, but he is in my crosshairs!

It is really weird
because last season, with a supposedly worse secondary and linebacking corp, the team recorded 19 interceptions..Everyone complained because they lacked in the sack department.
Now, 4 games in, the team has a respectable 12 sacks in 4 games, but 0 interceptions and only 1 forced fumble. I thought it was funny when Brady James and some of the other defensive players talked about not really knowing the scheme last season, implying that they had everything down pat now.
Well, maybe not knowing this scheme inside and out last season was a blessing in disguise. I mean playing a bend-don’t break defense is good when you don’t have 8 pro-bowlers or whatever, but this defense is chock-full of 1st rounders…I think If Cincy is able to move the ball against the Cowboys on Sunday, no matter what the score, everyone will be hovering over the panic button.

Baltimore
They could make the last game at Texas Stadium a game to forget with that defense.
