Mike Jefferson suspended four games
In the fairly surprising news department, Mike Jefferson has been suspended by the NFL.
Cowboys practice squad receiver Mike Jefferson has been suspended four games by the NFL for violating the league's policy on anabolic steroids and related substances.
Jefferson will lose four weeks pay as a result. He was called up to the active roster for the season opener at Cleveland but did not play before he was cut and re-signed to the practice squad on Sept. 10.
Guess he should have bought T.O.'s book.

Doesn't effect anything
They need another PS Wr now. I would like for them to bring Lowber back as a PS player.
Jefferson is done as a Cowboy now.

I can't blame Jefferson
you can never be too buff on the practice squad…

It wasn't Steroids
per DC.com Jefferson took an over-the-counter dietary supplement, which is banned by the NFL.

That might be asking too much, LOL
What’s really stupid is that he has access to one of the best trainers in the league and doesn’t even have to think about buying supplements, he probably has info sheets on diet and workout regimens that were tailored to his physique.

Moron
Why not just wear a shirt that says “Cut me please” to practice? This guy does not have a lot of wiggle room and therefore no room for error. If he is taking roids and barely clinging to the practice squad I think it’s time to start filling out apps at Home Depot.
