The Redskins and the Eagles. Jeez, which team do I hate more? I guess I'm going to root for...er...ugh...Washington. There I said it (/immediately brushes teeth to get rid of the taste of saying that). I want to be alone in second place. But I do hate Washington, so...oh forget it, can they both lose?

This is an open thread for game chat.

I hope the Eagles score 70 points

and hold the Redskins to no first downs.

The Skins will be forced to break it all down for a few seasons. Tonight it’s their Waterloo.

I don't want either of them to win

I don’t want the redskins to get ANY hope, cause i think they’re a team that could give us and philly fits, but Philly is obviously the bigger threat.

Seriously, we’ll be alone in 2nd place if the motherloving Eagles lose tonight.

Thanks to watshisface who just scored a TD it’s going to be a long night for the ’Skins.

That's a great question....

But I’d have to vote Rams. They look downright awful. I mean, even worse than the ‘Skins. I know that’s hard to believe, but it may be true.

well, 'Boys fans

we can at least all take solace in the fact that both teams pretty much look like buttcleavage at this point…

by goldnboi7 on Oct 26, 2009 9:47 PM CDT via mobile reply actions

Even the Eagles?

Hard to tell from my view since they’re winning 27-10 haha!

2009 Dallas Cowboys: 10-6
2009 New York Jets: 11-5?

one day that wildcat

is gonna get some poor naked-bootleg running qb’s arse in a sling…

I can't stand the MNF commentary

Tony Kornheiser was the absolute worst, thank goodness he’s gone. Still, there’s no reason at all why any sporting event needs three commentators. These guys talk too damn much.

Two is perfect: play-by-play and color commentary. The MNF crew to me sounds like three fans sitting on the couch with beers in their hands.

yes

it was disgusting. Newmans hit in reverse. There was a deafening crunch.

by foyesboys on Oct 26, 2009 10:03 PM CDT up reply actions

its one of his 3-5 terrible off games for the year

and cambell blew it for washington in the first quarter along with the poor defense on the jackson run.

Washigton doesn’t have the firepower to mount a double digit comeback.

by foyesboys on Oct 26, 2009 10:10 PM CDT up reply actions

so the Skins

Should just have a blocking sled instead of a line? At least it would be pushed back predictably…

by goldnboi7 on Oct 26, 2009 10:08 PM CDT via mobile reply actions

Peters is a joke...

our front 7 is going to go wild.

Bring that blitz Philly…It’s going to be a long day!

by psychodad on Oct 26, 2009 10:09 PM CDT reply actions

What a novel idea..blitz Campbell on every down.

The Redskins coyly diffuse this by throwing 25 yard outs..

eagles do not scare me at all

dallas should be able to handle them…there o line is weak along with their qb

D has looked really good actually

but its hard to tell with washington.

If we can manage to plug up the blitz, they’re screwed.

Offensively….get pressure on them. If you don’t those wrs are gonna eat us up.

well..

campbell and portis did JUST enough to get me a ff win. I was down 7 in a scoring friendly league and had both of them and still almost lost.

by foyesboys on Oct 26, 2009 10:28 PM CDT reply actions

cannot wait to play the eagles lol

Dallas front 7 will eat up that horrid o line

by scandrick32 on Oct 26, 2009 10:35 PM CDT reply actions

Marty could have his breakout on them...

And if they can get Brooking/Ratliff all lathered up for that game.

by psychodad on Oct 26, 2009 10:38 PM CDT reply actions

Dont forget Ware

He got a fat check, what better way to live up to it.

by kwentin on Oct 26, 2009 10:41 PM CDT up reply actions

i'm encouraged

that Ware knew before the atl game he had a contract and went out there and tore it up.

as long as she doesn't penalize you for delay of game, you should be ok

encroachment and neutral zone infractions are acceptable most of the time

illegal shift, illegal formation, and illegal motion will all be declined

piling on, unnecessary roughness, unsportsmanlike conduct, and taunting will definitely get you some attention

the penalty you don’t want to see is 12 men on the field

lol! good stuff - there's another penalty you definitely don't want to see....the dreaded,

Flozell Adams patented, “False Start”, or should I say “Premature” start – that one’s a definite no-no

by Loozeeana_Cowboy on Oct 27, 2009 1:06 AM CDT up reply actions

Zorn

why the hell do you go for a TD on fourth down when you need a field goal and two TDs to tie? FG, onside kick, TD, onside kick, TD. It’s a long shot but you need three scores.
