My Recommendations
1) let Romo be Romo. I'll take 3-4 TDs, perhaps 1-2 (more often 1 than 2) INTs and a blown game here and there over this anemic crap. He is a high-risk, high-reward QB, and we need to accept the risk to get the reward. Do y'all remember the late 90s Cowboys and the "red zone problems" (after Emmitt got hurt in 1996) that then turned into "an offense that's just out of sync" (98-99). Aikman said the offense was "out of sync" tonight and I almost broke my coffee table. After hearing those phrases every week towards the end of the 90s dynasty, I think the team just has to let Romo sling it.
2) Re-evaluate the presence of the old guard. What do I mean by this? How many of the 90s cowboys are hanging around with their opinions out for everyone to see. Erik Williams has been around consulting, and our offense is ran by Jason Garrett. I am sure there are more, but I just don't have time to go drag down links. But--remember, the older you get, the greater you were. Not to say the 90s teams weren't great, but we need fresh blood--and maybe some fresh ways of doing things. If anyone has any information on how much time ex-cowboys spend at the Ranch, I'd like to hear it.
3) Consider splitting Felix out wide. We don't have a speed threat, and this would force teams to consider a real burner with a high potential for yards after catch. He's got to get healthy first.
I'll stop there--but if anyone else is interested in scheming without saying how Romo sucks or TO should still be here (or God forbid hiring Jimmy Johnson again), let's do it.

U make an interesting point about having all the 90s players around
This team needs to find their identity and it probably makes it harder having old players add in what they think they should be rather than letting them find out for themselves

Totally think Romo needs to play like he used to
This “don’t beat yourself” nonsense isn’t working. Romo is going to have to make plays. He started to on the last drive, when he absolutely had to move the ball. More of that, please.
RHG neutered Romo. He’s scared of turnovers. Limit the fumbles, absolutely. But the interceptions? Comes with the territory. The dink and dunk stuff isn’t getting it done.
