Looking for some advice on a Hotel near Cowboys Stadium
I am going to the Cowboys and Chargers game on the 13th of December, and I was wondering if somebody had any idea on a good place to stay that is close to the stadium. I would prefer to be able to walk and was wondering if there were any cheaper hotels in that area or even if there are hotels anyone know of that are not real close but have shuttles to the game. If any one has any advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'm staying at the Holiday Inn across from the Stadium
for the Thanksgiving weekend. The price wasn’t bad considering it’s very close to the stadium.
I think Aaron said there is a shuttle service that takes you to the stadium.

Yeah,
That’s what I was going to recommend. The traffic is going to be somewhat kinda crazy. There’s places to eat along that street too. I’d stay there the next time I goto a game…

I stayed at the Holiday Inn for the preseason game
and it was the nicest Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed in. Room had a view of the stadium too, but it is across the highway. Staying there again for Thanksgiving (party in the media room, Terry?). Compared to some of the other hotels nearby, it’s reasonably priced and Cowboys-friendly.
And like Terry said, they do have a shuttle service to the stadium. I didn’t use it though cuz we got hold of a free parking pass and crammed in like eight people into our car.

absolutely Aaron
Although I think I might head over to the Gaylord Texan Wednesday night where the team stays and catch the Radio Road Show.
Heard the Glass Cactus is a cool nightclub, might want to check that out as well.
But Thanksgiving Day, we’ll definitely have to party that night.

The trip you guys sent me to
we stayed at the the Courtyard Marriot by the Stadium. The place was very very nice and it was about a 15 minute walk to the stadium. Perfect location if you ask me. Actually i think its call Courtyard at the Ballpark because the rangers stadium is right beside of the new stadium.

That place looked nice and is in a great location.
We drove by it and saw people setting up tailgates there.
