BTB Hall of fame bloggers
If the BTB had a hall of fame which bloggers, which Fan shots, or which writers would you induct and why?
I personally think a statue of RafaelVela should be at the entrance to this imaginary hall.
There was a time Fighter15 was the biggest homer but then I got to know Terry so he certainly wins that category.
No blogger captivates an audience with more of nothing than Montecito Tex . He just need to make his presence known and the board goes crazy.
I miss the likes of Chandus and DonnyPossner who I would certainly consider hall of fame candidates.
There is Quinccccy, who keeps us all abreast about what is going on in the college ranks, thanks for sharing all your hard work.
5blings certainly can get a captive audience debating. Some of his fan post go into the 600's.
jarhead has a place in my heart too, he has contributed so much over the last few years.
I could go on all day but I would rather hear who or what article you would induct and why?

has to be in!!!!! I look forward to his posts every week. Statistical Nuggets and Power Rankings are great.

Montecito Tex
Almost any of us could write one of his posts. refer to yourself in the third person, make some personal attacks on Tony Romo (e.g., pear shaped), and reminisce about how the Cowboys were once good and never will be again.
One good thing about the Cowboys winning is it cuts down on his posts.

Tarheel Paul
for having the courage to share his tough story with us ….. and the awesome stuff BTB did for him to help cope with his loss.

My posts wouldn't have as many replies if only more of you would just agree with me!!!

I'd induct One.Cool.Customer and BishopWest
…for providing a more fact-based and statistical viewpoint.
They’ve added much value IMO.

Bling
If more agreed with you then you would change sides just to stir the pot. You are right about OCC and Bishop though.

OBF
If more people agreed with me, the world would be a much better place.

No kidding
He’s only the guy who started the site.

I always liked Scout's posts
on Raf’s prior blog, but I don’t think I’ve seen him on here. He always gave great input leading up to the draft; I remember him fighting off the naysayers regarding DeSean Jackson as a nice player for the Boys. That alternative view is missed.
The guys who post regularly keep guys like me coming back here. I hate to name several ‘cause I know I’ll leave some out.

GloryDayz88 (Carl Shelton)
Has always been tops (second to Dave maybe just for creating the blog and all) in my book
Wonder what happened to him?

ScarletO
Haven’t seen him as active lately; I recall some interesting analysis . . .

It takes a nation of millions
All the credit goes to Dave and Raf, along with our other three lead page writers, for making this a place where all of us enjoy spending our time and writing our comments.
Gone (from the front page) but not forgotten: Carl Shelton (GloryDayz88), Jim Vance, Brandon Worley and Tuna Helper.
Other “Fanposters” I’ve enjoyed and who haven’t been mentioned yet: ScarletO: not one to comment a lot, but delivered some great posts … Luke.: Missing in action, haven’t seen him in a long time … TimSchulz36: Recently swore off the Cowboys but that won’t last much longer :-)
But my vote for the HOF goes to the ‘comments section’ and all the people who comment on this blog and keep this place vibrant. And vibrant it is: blatant homerism, unerring negativity, rapier wit, humor, outrage, anecdotes, fights, hope, despair, analysis, smackdowns, trolls etc. etc. – you want it, we got it! Heck, there’s even a whole subculture of BTB members who only ever show up in the Open Threads. Hat Tip to all of you.

I'm sorry guys Grizz would the initial inductee
He started this blog 5 years ago and although Raf would be an automatic lock, the statute outside the Hall would be of Grizz.

It'd have to be a joint statute...
The merger of “Blue & Silver Report” (which I still can’t really say…it was always TheBoys.com until that idiot investor….sorry rambling) and the BTB brought together the two best Dallas Cowboys communities.
Raf, Dave, Aaron & Raul should be the first class.
I have a lot of favorites and adversaries on this board, but Raf & Dave feed my addiction.
